For almost 20 years, our consulting group has been dedicated to building high-performance companies through high-performance people. Using our trademarked, state of the art Performance Dynamics personality and behavioral assessment process, human resources systems and technology, and a combined 55 years of human resources expertise, our consulting group currently supports over 300 companies worldwide.
Each year we are asked to assess thousands of people through our Performance Dynamics assessment process. For the past 20 years, we have conducted significant research based on this data and have gained tremendous insight into the personality and behavioral characteristics that power successful professionals, leaders and high-performance people.
