1. The quality of the program
  • Very Good.  On a macro level, having the time to step out of the regular work stream and reflect on the theme and on me is good.  Specifically, was able to identify a few specific tactical things to improve my leadership abilities.
  • This was a great program and I got a lot out of it, both personally and professionally.
  • Excellent.  Way beyond my own expectations.
  • Great Information.
  • Very high quality.  It dives deep into our personality profiles.
  • I was not prepared for the personal insight that this program has given me.  The program is Top Notch!
  • Very good – I enjoy the self reflective nature of the topic.
  • I found the quality of the program to be top notch.
  • Above expectations. Both personal and professional.
  • Very Helpful.  Great program to help you self evaluate.
  • High.
  • Top Shelf!  Extremely well run & well structured.  Very good use of data, information & personal and situational stories.
  • Top Notch!  Excellent content, well presented.  Great interaction with attendees and their questions and comments.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Good.  High comfort level & knowledge of material.  Good examples of real world applications of concepts – at times, a few too many.
  • Rick and Ross were very professional and they created an environment that was conducive to learning.  I felt comfortable throughout the 2 ½ day program.
  • Very engaging.  3 days flew by.  Great stories, great examples.
  • Very professional.  Great explanations to all questions asked.
  • Awesome Presentation!
  • Perfect blend of humor, knowledge & practical experiences.
  • Well done, no complaints.
  • Both Rick and Ross were very professional in their presentation.  Also very approachable.
  • Very Good.
  • Awesome – Very informative.
  • High.
  • Excellent – Both presenters work well together and create a good comfort level with the group.
  • Excellent presentations.  Covered content well & kept people engaged.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Would be good to have printed contact information for each participant – Name, title, company, email, etc.  There is a lot of value from the lunch & informal conversations that can continue beyond the workshop.
  • More one on one feedback revolved around your personality scores.  (I may have missed out on this due to late entry.)
  • Include a second assessment for person in 3-6 months.
  • None.
  • Excellent.
  • Keep it dynamic and evolving.
  • Link the bibliography to the profile attributes using specific examples in the book.
  • More hands-on/group activities.   I would not change the program so extending to a full 3 day program may work.
  • Include a written report that interprets how the multiple assessment values interact on a per person, custom bases with personalized recommendations based on the in person interview.
  • 1-way vs. 2-way communication activity was long.  Any way to work through practical scenarios via role play?  I was ready for more homework on 2nd evening…perhaps providing attendees a copy of a book like Leadership 101 and have them identify 5 meaningful points.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • The reflective nature of assessment & feedback is powerful.  It is important to refer to or consider themes and concepts regularly to be most effective.
  • I learned that I need to pick my battles.  When I do battle, I need to be more confident in my position.
  • Unbelievable!  Will constantly be playing tape in my head.
  • Found out more about myself.  And the different aspects I need to work on to influence the team better.
  • It has brought my weaknesses to light.  It provides the foundation to get better.
  • Opened my eyes to my deficiencies.
  • That is still to be determined.  I am still digesting quite a bit but am determined to make some changes.
  • Helped recognize how my traits influence me and are perceived by others as well as how to change them for improvement.
  • Relationship with wife/family/friends.  Also relationship with boss/co-workers.  Energized!
  • Yes!!
  • Greater understanding of self.
  • Opened my eyes to a lot of things both good and bad.  The small business card will be in my wallet for life!
  • Exposed several “blind-spots” /self-deception.  Revealed natural tendencies, how to manage those and the potential impact those tendencies can have on those around me.  Identified several areas for personal and leadership improvements.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • When I do become a manager, I will lay out a solid plan for those that are reporting to me.  I will be less passive than I normally would have been.
  • Most definitely.
  • I have figured out that not all people think the way I do and I need to tailor my delivery.
  • With its implementation – I can increase my skills and mindset.
  • This resource will forever change my attitude towards leadership and the way I manage people.
  • I hope to even out some high and low scores.
  • I think it will help me to improve my style to more effectively and profitably run my company.
  • Since I have not been in a “pure” leadership role I look forward to becoming one.  Look forward to a long relationship with you.
  • Make a better leader, husband and father.
  • Think more.
  • This will help me focus on my strengths as well as working on my weaknesses.  What I believed were some of my strengths came through loud and clear as potential danger zones.
  • Be more open-minded/less pre-opinionated.  Be intentional about using Authority in a positive way, and follow up with providing accountability.  Practice Social Skills by being more appreciative and interactive.  Push myself harder for personal improvement.  Be more aware of my influence on others limbic system.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • Level of specificity that I came away with & that can be put into practice to improve my leadership abilities.
  • Usually there are a few exercises that make you feel uncomfortable or are not enjoyable.  All of the exercises were great.
  • More personal than any other program.
  • More interaction.
  • A more direct approach.  Many topics all in one class.
  • It is a blend of practical management, psychology and leadership.  Examples that bring insight into your own leadership style and help foster change!
  • New exercises, also unafraid to challenge our short comings and help us face them head on.
  • Hits home on a personal level and makes you accept who you are and what has to be done on a personal side prior to being affective in front of the group at work.
  • The personal assessment.
  • The comfort level from the presenters.  The quality of the presentation.
  • You can’t escape trends you identify about yourself.  Great opportunity for personal reflection.

7. Quality of manual and presentation materials?
  • Some of the PowerPoint slides didn’t add anything to the concept – too cheesy.
  • Excellent.
  • Very easy on eyes and mind.  No information overload.
  • Great.
  • Well put together.
  • Excellent resources.
  • Overall pretty average.
  • Very Good. (2)
  • The manual needs a customized written analysis.  You do this in the PD interview, so just write it down.
  • Excellent – Again, good data, good factual information that intermingles with personal stories.
  • Quite a bit of repetition with 2 manuals on Performance indicators.  The most helpful pieces were those that grouped indicators into various “bases” – Personal Power Base, Positional, Conflict, Communication Style, etc.

8. Training facility evaluation:
  • First Class – no issues at all.

  • Very nice.  Well above average.
  • Great facilities.  Excellent food.
  • Very good.
  • High.
  • Terrific location, great food & a perfect environment to focus on the program.
  • Great.  I liked not being in a city.  Facility was comfortable.  Food was excellent.

9. General comments:
  • What about broadening out scope of assessment to include colleagues’ perceptions, a la 360 degree performance review?
  • Very enjoyable experience.  The days flew by, they did not drag on.  I learned many life lessons.
  • I’m glad Giombetti Associates gave me the opportunity to attend.  Many Thanks!
  • Excellent.
  • Having one organized dinner may increase group involvement/professional development. Look forward to a continued relationship.
  • Thanks for everything!!
