1. The quality of the program
  • Great presentation, great location.
  • The quality of the program was very good. It provided me with an understanding of my personality and my relationships with others. It should be "life improving".

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Extend the length of the course.
  • Liked interactive exercises, more team exercises. Sharing knowledge and understanding of the group.
  • Third day could possibly be a little longer.
  • The program has kept me captivated through the entire time and I have no suggestions.
  • Would rather have the program for 3 days rather than being rushed on the last day.
  • None at this time.
  • Just making sure everyone gets feedback before the class starts. More feedback would be great.
  • Make it more interactive.
  • Providing the definition of each behavior characteristic along with its advantage and disadvantage prior to the course. Might help process this info before class rather than during.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • It allowed me to see things I was not aware of.
  • Makes me want to be a better person at home and at work. It's about relationships and how we treat people.
  • It has shown me that I must take more ownership for things I do and say.
  • It has affected me in a way that is going to change my work and personal life to its fullest potential.
  • I have new directions; I will be able to plan a self improvement program.
  • Gave me validation of what I thought I already knew.
  • Validated some things and pointed out others I didn't realize about my personality. Gave 3 things to work on: I am not always compromising which leads to better decision making, and being more involved.
  • It showed me what to work on.
  • Eye opening to my deficiencies and the affect of others.
  • Life changing both professionally and personally.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • I will be more collaborative.
  • Develop more positive relationships, Listen more, "really listen", and communicate and accommodate more — will drive results. Also improvement of decision making.
  • It will be my compass unless it is proven otherwise.
  • It can only improve my leadership.
  • It will help me communicate with and build my team. It will help me interact with everyone I work with to create a better environment, work relationships and productivity within the organization.
  • I think it will bring me to a new level by helping me to increase productivity by caring for employees.
  • Better communicator, be less frustrated, step back a little from my staff. Work on not avoiding conflict.
  • Improve it...hone it.
  • It will make me slow down and make better decisions.
  • It has broadened my perspective and will force me to account for my personality traits.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • The science behind it.
  • Very in depth, personal. You obviously really care and that shows.
  • This was more introspective than any other program I have attended.
  • This is the first one. It would be hard for others to beat.
  • It provided real insight and information to affect change.
  • Program is about how you really are and how to improve, not just about what leadership characteristics are.
  • More comprehensive.
  • Easy going, really professional.
  • The real representative data on my personality.
  • I have never had this 2 1/2 day seminar. I've been tested before but not truly evaluated.
