1. The quality of the program

Excellent, more than you pay for. High quality leadership class. Never boring. Great materials and topics. Top notch, reaches all involved. I think it is good – I think it would be advantageous to review more examples of how people go through the improvement process. Excellent. This program is very enlightening and a true joy. The process and deliverance is exceptional. Excellent, eye-opening. 15 out of 10. This was a great class. Excellent – very informative – learned a lot about me and interacting with others. 2. Professional presentation of the instructors:

You transcend professional. Very good presentation skills – excellent is a better description. Concepts were explained where it was easy to comprehend and make application. Super professional – no second rate presentations. Good – obviously PowerPoint would improve emphasizing key points and provide some "liveliness" to the message. Rick and Paul are very wonderful instructors. They get you involved and help you understand everything. Excellent leaders. Very knowledgeable, but need to move to PowerPoint. The slides were somewhat distracting. Great knowledge of subject matter – knew participants' ratings – very impressive. Very much people driven. Very professional and well versed. Covered a lot of material and content in 2 ½ days. Excellent – both Paul and Rick are welcoming and non-intimidating and know the materials extremely well. Outstanding. They are good at what they do! Rick and Paul are very professional. They know when/how to laugh and make each participant feel welcome and important. Top quality. Great. Return to Top

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:

Color copies. More days, less hours? I think your program is great the way it is! Additional (1) page hand-outs – really enjoyed reading. PowerPoint. More examples of real life. For example, my steak was not cooked properly . . . . . fill in. Maybe a few team-building exercises on day 1 – to break the ice. PowerPoint with overhead backup. Providing a summary of the linked characteristics. Providing each participant with a 1-page overview explaining "them." I really liked the opening session that showed the results of the whole team on each graph, demonstrating that we all had an Achilles heel – or two. Finding a way to bring that out early could help people to relax – that not everyone in the room is a superstar. Give us the opportunity to buy some of your books! Return to Top

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?

Awareness. People don't generally have the courage to confront you with these issues. It has inspired me to improve my personality and behavior to make a positive impact on people's lives at work and in my personal life. Influenced my becoming a better listener. To think more about what is a successful leader, company, husband. Makes me rethink how I act. Made me realize that I, myself, avoid everything and am too nice of a person. To become a better listener. Showed me my strengths and weaknesses, but more importantly how to change. It has helped me to focus on key items initially vs. trying to "fix"/improve everything all at one time. Yes, to talk less, listen more, hold my employees accountable. Made me more aware of feedback I have received previously and allowed me to identify progress on changes I've been working on and new areas for improvement. This has dramatically improved my self-awareness. I can better understand the source of stresses in my life and changes I can work towards to improve them, and allow me to move towards a leadership role. I want to push myself to becoming a better leader and now I have the tools to do it. Return to Top

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?

It has made me see me as I am, not who I thought I was. Made me take a good look at myself. Dramatically. I feel more confident and energized. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style: Bring me into the center. I will be a better listener, more accommodating. It will help to give me focus, structure, and direction. Gives me the courage to be a leader. Improve it, work on the obvious opportunities. I have seen personally what my problems, or should I say, strengths and weaknesses are. Now I need to utilize what I have learned to change. Very much so, as long as I have support from upper management. Make me a little softer and more patient. It will definitely change/improve it for the better of my company, team, and me. To remember not everyone is as high energy as me. Give people time to bounce back and not keep stretching them all the time. Awareness of my own style and the implications/reactions from others. It will motivate me to become more direct and open in my interactions throughout the company. It will either change me or my profession. I know what areas I am doing right and which need improvement. Help me improve the way I lead. It will help keep it in line. It also gave me a model to live up to. Return to Top

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?

Intensity, truth. It gave me more insight into my weaknesses and a confidence to make positive changes in my life. Top notch, professional presenters. Different levels of leaders/managers within the audience. I have never been to any other program, but after being here, I would really like to learn a lot more. It helps you develop to the next level. Instead of telling me traits of a good leader, it showed me how to stack up and what effect my actions have. More personalized to the individual – good feedback/helpful direction vs. just giving you ratings and/or material to read. Different characteristics and the comparison to other leaders/students. 7. Quality of manual and presentation materials?

Very good. Easy to reference in the future. Easy to read, many examples, excellent hand-outs. Update pictures, take away Roger Clemens references, PowerPoint. Lots of wonderful information and very easy to understand. Excellent map of the future. Excellent. I will keep the manual handy. It is a great reference to keep me on track. Very helpful – having list of reading materials is great. Great – it's nice to have the materials to take back with me. Outstanding. PowerPoint! Excellent, detailed but not overloaded. Excellent. Okay. Good facilities. Convenient accommodations. Good. (2) Fine Great place, wonderful food, friendly people. Meals great; location great. Could've used more table room in 2nd meeting room due to binder orientation. Great. Afternoon munchies would be good. Very comfortable. The hotel and conference room were very nice. Excellent.
