1. The quality of the program
  • Excellent (3)
  • It was very good. I was able to get a lot out of the program about myself.
  • Great – Flows well and kept my attention. Great insight.
  • Well done. First that I've been to that didn't rely on electronic media, which entertains but doesn't necessarily change behavior.
  • Excellent Overall.
  • Excellence at it's best.
  • How well you relate it to each individual instead of just focusing on known concepts.
  • Excellent, the best course I have ever taken! Enlightening.
  • Excellent. Well paced. I learned a lot and I plan to keep the course material near for future reference.
  • Excellent program, content and delivery.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Excellent as well. Knowledge base because of the 26 years of experience is very valuable.
  • Very well done.
  • Great balance between Rick and Paul.
  • Rick and Paul know what they are doing and do it well.
  • Excellent
  • Very good. Very "human" sharing personal "ups and downs". Demonstrating a great deal of passion. It's always great to see people who love what they do for a living.
  • Great having the diversity of two speakers.
  • Highest quality.
  • They did a good job working off one another; had great materials and the breaks and exercises were timed perfectly. Nice combination of quotes, exercises, dialog and text materials.
  • Presentation was great, I liked how the class was structured in an open setting where we could ask questions, give you situations and you provided us feedback.
  • Very professional and easy to listen to.
  • Both excellent.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • In addition to the graphs and bar charts, maybe a one page summation of your scores overall that puts it all together for people.
  • Well done, don't see improvements. Maybe a two month phone follow-up with class members.
  • Paul had a tendency to repeat the stories from the feedback session in the program.
  • I think they do a great job as is.
  • None at the present time.
  • Two and a half days is too compressed. Spread the program over a couple of weeks with assignments and an opportunity to come back and see if you've made improvements.
  • Try to get to a few interactive exercises earlier to keep people focused.
  • None, you can't change Personality of Quality.
  • None, really. I wish it could have been a little longer.
  • Paul to speak louder, sometimes it was hard to hear him especially if he wasn't facing you. Getting the books ahead of time so we could digest a little. Maybe a few more exercises the first day.
  • A few more exercises where the students participate. It "gets the blood flowing".
  • More on how to apply – what does it sound like – feel like. How will people likely react the first time I use a different technique.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • Made me very conscious of my need to push myself into areas I am uncomfortable with if I am to be a top shelf Leader
  • Influenced me to see both negative and positive changes since 2005 and drive to change them for the better.
  • Made me accept who I am.
  • Made me think a lot about how I act at work.
  • Opened my eyes. It's a lot to digest at one time.
  • Eye-opening challenge personal assumptions. Very disturbing in a healthy way.
  • Opened my eyes to some things I was doing to affect others without even noticing it.
  • Changed me and my outlook on life!
  • By confirming and digging out what I already knew about myself at a time where I can really change. It also provided me with tips and tools to do so.
  • Profoundly influenced me. It made me really look at myself and my areas for improvement. And I like having all 20 personality traits broken out so you can really see what to work on.
  • It is a good self awareness exercise that sees you how you really are versus how I perceive myself to be. I will step out of my comfort zone.
  • Understand myself better and gives me hope.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • Will cause me to challenge others if they want me to make change and not just go with the flow.
  • Well. It will make me more assertive.
  • Make me want to improve my abilities.
  • Yes, it will.
  • It will make me aware of my bad habits and help me to change them as they are happening.
  • Need to develop into an action plan. It will change the way I look at teams and meetings and working with – rather than around and through – people.
  • Positively – Now, hopefully, I can listen better.
  • Dramatically – Less assertive and more collaborative.
  • Influence it by providing me with the tools and awareness to become a Good Leader.
  • I think it will help me develop an effective style, back off on some of my strong points/personalities so I can be more well-rounded.
  • I will increase my efforts at Collaboration and do less Avoiding. I will not be the "nice guy/pushover" any longer.
  • More assertive, I will use my strengths to greater affect the organization. I will not be a captive of my weaknesses.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • Very personalized. Every page in the manual combined with the scores for myself allows me to constantly evaluate how I fit, in relation to the concepts.
  • It's all about me and self discovery.
  • It's real and it's not all about being nice but being productive in a professional way.
  • How personal it was – no real blanket theories, it was designed for me with personal feed back.
  • Passionate presenters. No one has read to me from a book in a very long time. To my surprise, I enjoyed it.
  • This is my first leadership course.
  • It's reality at its best.
  • Very personalized.
  • The concrete numbers and how you group all the different personalities so you can really see when some will benefit, or not be effective in different situations.
  • N/A
  • The stories about the other participants (where they were before the program and where they were able to get to after).
  • Positive attitude and common sense.
