1. The quality of the program
  • First rate – probably the most informative and practical workshop I have ever participated in (and I've attended many). Really!
  • Excellent. The program really goes into depth about the subject matter. It is clear and concise.
  • Scale 1 to 10 = 25!
  • The quality was outstanding! Rick and Paul presented well what leadership is all about.
  • Outstanding quality of content and a well spent 2 ½ days. Honestly, the best leadership training I have experienced.
  • Excellent content. High rating.
  • Excellent – loved the passion of the instructors. True sincerity.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Fabulous.
  • Rick and Paul, you are great. If we need to take the time to understand something, you make that time. You are both dynamic and energetic. The presentation was also passionate.
  • Scale 1 to 10 = 25!
  • Excellent! (4)
  • Extremely knowledgeable and professional.
  • Well done. Paul's tie looks funny.
  • Very professional and gentle, but honest.
  • Great demeanor and professionalism. Truly sincere.

  • The presentation was good and kept everyone motivated.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Perhaps spread out downloading of information from day one and include at least a few of the interactive exercises.
  • One thing I would have liked to see is the recommendations of the reading material separated by category so that if I want to work on a specific trait, I could check the list.
  • Exercises on first day. It will loosen things up and get energy flowing.
  • Rick should smile a bit more when looking directly into people's eyes. I know it's a very important subject, but I felt like I was being reprimanded when I saw his furrowed brow. He's a very serious man.
  • None. (3)
  • Smaller class so you can dive more into each student.
  • At this point, I don't see improvements needed.
  • Handout for how the scores were developed.
  • PowerPoint.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • I'll be making many changes . . . perhaps even the direction of my career.
  • I believe it has given me a roadmap and some specific areas to improve.
  • First, nobody in the room was perfect, so that gave me a feeling that change really is possible (I'm not an island). Second, the feedback was positive, so I feel confident.
  • I guess that is yet to be determined. I will try to be a better listener; take more risks and let others know what I am thinking!
  • Has opened my eyes to reality of my traits.
  • Re-affirm and help to understand: make a choice, have a pulse – the answers are inside. This helps to understand what is inside.
  • Validated things I have been working on and things I need more work.
  • I believe that I need to become a better listener, not at work with customers, instead at home with my wife. I need to pat more people on the back.
  • I've learned a lot about myself and the direction I need to head.
  • Not who I thought I was.
  • Improves my insight into myself.
  • Let me see what I do well and not so good.
  • Reinforced what I already knew, plus some additional areas to focus on.
  • Yes.
  • Positively. (2)
  • Learned about myself and areas to improve.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • The visceral experience of how results dramatically improve with collaboration and communication have convinced and motivated me to improve in those areas.
  • I will work on getting more of what I want and need for the success of the company.
  • Now that I have targets (goals) for improvement, I'll know how to channel my efforts in the right direction.
  • To become more well rounded.
  • To be more forthcoming with my organization and direct reports.
  • Better understanding of self. This will help delivery to others.
  • I need to slow down on decision making and work to listen and think before responding.
  • I'll definitely show more good will towards others, and not brow beat them when they don't live up to my expectations.
  • I now have tools to use and refer to.
  • Will help me be able to talk to employees better, and also listen.
  • It taught me how important team is.
  • It will make me a better leader.
  • Help me balance areas of my personality to become more effective.
  • Setting realistic goals for myself and fellow employees.
  • Yes.
  • Positively.
  • Listen better and care more about people.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • It was built around my own scores, strengths, and weaknesses – extremely helpful, dramatic, and relevant.
  • This is leadership, not management.
  • I feel like I can create my own plan.
  • More in-depth, less management 101. Information on self development.
  • Actual reality of my personal traits.
  • Do not usually have this many "take-aways."
  • The behavior tendencies and scores. Also the gift that Rick has.
  • First one. (2)
  • Never attended one before.
  • N/A
  • The open discussion, hearing other people's issues.
  • Behavioral analysis.
  • Open – everyone is equal. We're all here for help.
  • Very engaging and practical.
  • Content and deep level of review.
