1. The quality of the program
  • Excellent. The material, delivery and concept make this the best leadership program I have attended.
  • A+ I would recommend this to anyone, not just supervisors. It has High Value. If I was paying for others to take this course, I feel it would be worth it!
  • Excellent. I realize that you would have preferred a larger class but I know that I really benefitted from the interaction of the smaller group.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Very professional in terms of presentation, style and respect for attendees. As a very small suggestion, I would eliminate any cursing as it could offend someone and may be viewed as less than professional. I had a boss that would not tolerate it and I respected that.
  • Top Notch. I did not expect anywhere near the presentation and information that I received.
  • Very impressive, seamless in the way you two work and complement each others styles. There was never a dull moment.
  • I thought Rick and Paul were Great.
  • Very dynamic presentation. Never got old or dull.
  • Absolutely well spoken and extremely educated.
  • Could not get anyone better than these guys. Had a wonderful experience.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • For me, the feedback I had on my assessment with Rick didn't stick with me as I started this week. I would have liked to have had the feedback on the first day of this and maybe have another at the end.
  • Day one after 3PM you should add an activity from day 2. Just before Autocratic Analysis.
  • Nothing immediately comes to mind.
  • None
  • 1- Logistics – just announce schedule in the AM. (like when we get a break) and 2- Movement – a bit more would keep the blood flowing for creativity and change the experience.
  • None – Best class ever!

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • The material was excellent and I will reference it, side-by-side with my assessment, to look for opportunities to tweak my style and maintain awareness. I will reenergize my leadership and work to influence the plant.
  • I am planning on a lot of changes in my home life, as well as work. Self Awareness.
  • Puts a lot of things in perspective and provides specific areas to focus on. I expect that it will have a positive impact on both my professional and personal life.

  • Yes, I plan to have my new wife attend.
  • Reinforced things I knew I had to change.
  • Just everything. In life and the way I see things now. Also with my family. They will see a different side of me.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • I will ease up on my Good Will to be sure I follow through with accountability.
  • In all aspects! I have a lot of room for improvement.
  • I will develop better relationships with my peers, direct reports, and associates in the plant. I will pick up my speed of action and engagement. I will make sure my position is stated and not be so willing to Compromise something I believe in.
  • Gave me the awareness and direction to be aware of how to act and deal with situations and work towards a leadership position!
  • I plan to be more receptive to change and implement first with Collaboration and respect of Leadership; at the sacrifice of competition.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • It was personalized with the assessment.
  • This is my first one.
  • Identification of the cause and effect. Special recommendations of the things to do regarding action items.
  • The scientific approach to Leadership.
  • The professional way of handling every person in the room individually.
  • I've attended at least 20 – 25. Fell asleep in most of them. This truly kept me amazed and alert the whole time.

7. Quality of manual and presentation materials?
  • Good, I will use them as a reference.
  • I intend on reading over all the information in the near future and will be using it as a tool forever.

8. Training facility evaluation:
  • Very nice.
  • Perfect, no complaints
  • Very comfortable, excellent food. Out in the Boondocks!
  • Easy to get to, good food but needs protein for snacks. Protein feeds the brain (not simple sugars). Deviled eggs, cottage cheese, mixed nuts and cheese and crackers would be a few suggestions.

  • Overall, I can't say enough about what I think of this program and will recommend it to others.
  • Wish I had the opportunity to do this sooner.
