1. The quality of the program
  • Very Good. It was very helpful. High end and direct.
  • Performance Dynamics is a great tool to use in charge management. The presenters are VERY knowledgeable. I suggest the presenters consider a more interactive instructional design.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Maybe lengthen to a full three days for more interactive time.
  • Implement "Instructional Design" concept. Balance between lecture and activities , from concepts to application techniques.
  • Would have liked to get a little more into behavior modeling. You both have a gift and share it more.
  • Write personality characteristics that tie together as you are presenting on the flip chart. Easier to refer to during the presentation.
  • Maybe more interactive exercises.
  • Nothing, it was great.
  • I liked it when I called you out on what I saw as difference between a score and "reality" and you responded to it. More of that would be good.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • Absolutely
  • Proved the person I doubted myself to be, opened an acceptance door of opportunity and change.
  • Great Tool to digest and implement change management.
  • Powerful and impactful! I feel I have been given a road map for direct improvement.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • It will make me be more aware of my High Energy Drive.
  • Through learning these techniques, I have a better approach, a more open minded approach rather than one-sided.

  • There are a number of things that I am going to change, starting by managing my ego and slowing down.
  • It has reinforced my belief and passions about how to lead and train my men.
  • Improve a better balance between my extremes.
  • I will try to control my emotions and make me a stronger person and less "checked out".

  • Laid back, yet very informative. I felt like we were all a team.
  • It was less theory based and more personally oriented. Like you say, I'd rather talk about me!
