2. Professional presentation of the instructors:

  • Very professional, but Rick and Paul need to work on their teamwork so that it does not appear that Paul’s message is less important.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • A couple more breaks.
  • Sometimes we dragged on too much on certain subjects. I agreed with how Rick pushed us along some time, but he possibly could have been a little more subtle about it.
  • Can’t think of any, Perfect! One very minor point: the room temperature could be raised a few degrees, but this probably was done intentionally.
  • Consider bringing in leaders who have participated in the program, and share their experiences.
  • A little more time, perhaps 3 days.
  • More group sessions. More breaks with time to reflect. Better accommodations.
  • More breaks throughout the day to keep the blood flowing. Many high energy people need more time to stretch their legs.
  • Some of the examples and or stories could be shortened.
  • Role playing. Putting people in positions to really show their weaknesses.
  • I would not change anything. The low-multimedia approach works well for Rick and Paul.
  • Small card – add symbols or colors that help group the items into the categories.
  • Keep doing what you’re doing.
  • More breaks, shorter period.
  • Break down into groups of people who have close characteristics that can get a better understanding of their own strengths and weaknesses.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • Better understanding of how I can be a better leader.
  • Really gets you thinking.
  • I definitely need change.
  • I have a much better understanding of what I have been doing wrong as a leader and what I have been doing right. Now, I can right the "ship".
  • It made me more aware.
  • It has enabled me to do a self evaluation of myself and make necessary adjustments.
  • Pulled out and put on the table my weaknesses which are no surprise.
  • I have a very high sense of Energy. I need to slow down and be a better listener. My Accommodation needs to be more in line.
  • I am going to listen better and not expect everyone to have the same level of energy that I have.
  • It has affected me by making me realize that I over think but rarely act.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • Improve the key areas that were identified.
  • Hopefully be a better person.
  • Open for change.
  • Speak up.
  • I need to improve my "Monitoring" skills better, rather than micro-managing. And I need to rely less on Reward and more on Communication and Good Will.
  • Strengthen all of my traits and tone down the too strong areas.
  • By providing me with the necessary tools to sharpen my skills, while recognizing my weaknesses and making changes.
  • Definitely make me a better friend, mother, grandmother, colleague and leader.
  • More open minded.
  • I will look more at giving positive feedback on a more regular basis.
  • Continue to provide greater focus, structure and direction.
  • I think it will cause me to listen to others more, myself less and act more quickly on what I hear from both.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • The in-depth knowledge of the subject matter.
  • All the interaction.
  • Never attended any other. (3)
  • It is less theoretical and is much more personal – therefore more effective.
  • Leaps and bounds above the rest.
  • That’s like comparing a Volkswagen Rabbit to a Rolls Royce! Enough said!
  • Better presentation, more involvement – excellent group.
  • I will use these teachings in my personal and professional life.
  • It will positively affect both my personal and professional life.
  • It was more focused on ME and my profile versus general theory. It gave me things that I can act on.

  • People should have their wedding here.
  • Just a little too cold – to the point of being uncomfortable. Everything else was excellent.
