2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Entertaining. It wasn't hard to follow along and want to be a different person. A better person professionally & socially.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • I cannot think of a thing.
  • Little more on the activity side.
  • More activities versus lecture.
  • Perfect.
  • Maybe more focus on improvement plans.

  • Possibly more breaks. Every 1 ½ hours.
  • Tell us not to take notes IN our manuals. Come test time it would ease the anxiety!
  • Incorporate the book "Good to Great" into your material.
  • I personally worried about improving scores. Emphasis is given on high and low scores but some explanation of middle scores should be given.
  • 5 day versus 2 ½ days.
  • Incorporate more exercises into the program. I really enjoyed them.
  • More group interactions. Anxiety of change was good. More opportunities for others to display their new or old mindsets to peers as practice.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • Positively!
  • Be easier to approach and develop trust with direct reports. Provide better focus, structure and discipline.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • This is the first program I have attended. I cannot imagine there is a better comparison.
  • Made me aware of my weaknesses and more important, my strengths.
  • The course was designed around me and my style of leadership.
  • It ties the different characteristics together in a lot of different ways.
