2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Rick & Paul's presentation was extremely impacting, & was very professional. I'd call it "new school" professional because of all the interaction; there was NEVER a dull moment!

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • You may already do this, but I would recommend a re-test within the next 3 months and perhaps a follow-up class?
  • Excellent
  • Make it 3 full days.
  • More real case scenarios & more activities with the people participating from the training.
  • Cut to the core, tell you how it is.
  • None – you're the pros.
  • Powerpoint doesn't always crash. Tie handouts more to course objectives.

  • I believe the phone – interview could have been better. There wasn't a lot of interaction. It seems more like a lecture.
  • Extend it to 3 full days.
  • Have the individual's specific scores on all the papers that are in the booklet. Putting our scores on pages didn't cause us to memorize our scores. It also caused us to stop listening while we wrote.
  • Smaller class sizes so more participants can get hands on. Organize the days into clear categories, examples: Day 1 – Foundation, Day 2 – Realization, Day 3 – Utilization.
  • When doing programs, don't say how much time left. It is a distraction – slows me down.
  • Truly feel this is a "Class A" program.
  • None
  • Watch the swear words!
  • A little more time at the end to wrap up and discuss Applications.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • The Assessment was a reality check! I had an idea about some of my behavioral traits, this definitely validated them!
  • Very Strongly. While I was aware of many of the areas that I need to work on, it hit home and caused me to take a harder look at the impact I have on others in my life.
  • To #1, use all tools given me. Apply them – focus, structure, direction.
  • It was an eye opener when you start thinking about your life and your interaction with others.
  • It has had a huge impact on the way I see myself as a manager & leader. I am very excited to use what we have learned, not only in my professional life but personal as well.
  • Absolutely, I know who I am and what I need to work on.
  • It has made me look at myself in a different way.
  • Very much so. Our company needs to send more people.
  • Highlighted weaknesses that need work and explained why they need to be strengthened.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • I am so lucky to be so young and so early in my career and to have experienced your class! This will surely change my life! I want to be the best leader!
  • I will be more aware of other people's needs and feelings and how my behaviors effect them. Will work on focus, guidance and direction, both personally & providing it to others.
  • By giving me the characteristics I need to work on and giving me a clear vision of where I want to go.
  • As Rick and Paul said……It will help me to give Focus, Structure and Direction.
  • As I use a lot of the things I have learned about my personal traits, I will put them to good use and hopefully in a short period of time people around me will notice the change for the better
  • I'll give more feedback and encourage goodwill. Smell the Roses.
  • Listen and Communicate better.
  • As I said, I need to become a better listener and make sure I get all the information given before I run with it. I will learn to become a better influence on people more positive.
  • Will help me back off on the extreme behaviors and encourage me to try other approaches.
  • I can only change what I know. I now know more, so now the change starts.
  • To be more focused on my weaknesses so that change influences a balance as a father, husband, boss and employee.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • This program was non-stop interesting information!
  • More participation and interaction are involved. Personal dynamics which include my own personal assessment as part of the learning process.
  • Really dives into "ME" and provides clear focus. If it was not for Rick's attitude, I may not have been so interested.
  • This has made me see myself, understand my good and bad qualities and gave me direction on how to improve them.
  • This program identified what I have been doing, and how I can improve my life.
  • This was the first time I have attended a program that reflects on yourself.
  • Lots of information given and explanations for all the info.
  • The program explained the interactions of the various behaviors not just identified the subjects individually.
  • I liked the breakouts and learning skills exercises.

  • Wonderful! I took a picture of one of the lunch centerpieces to show my fiancé because we may do our wedding here!
