3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Would be interesting to have confidential feedbacks from other staff to help understand how "others" see you
  • More personal time-one on one.
  • More time on managing change and managing upwards, especially in "Corporate America"
  • More short breaks during the more lecture type discussions.
  • Maybe a little more group interaction
  • Some more time spent on ways to correct bad behaviors. More social events with the group (dinner together?)
  • Keep evolving
  • One thing-table of contents or some other indexing feature to help one locate specific areas in binder quickly during training session.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • Confirmed the course of action I need to take.
  • Self examination is good but you have also provided
  • For the most part I believed the majority of the findings – in the beginning. Now I realize how accurate you were.
  • Helped me to re-focus and adapt my "tool kit" to make me a better leader.
  • Made me look at myself more closely.
  • Helped me look within.
  • I need to be more people based in my management style.
  • Has brought awareness to the areas I need to develop.
  • I think it will make me a better man, husband, team member, & leader.
