2. Professional presentation of the instructors:

Very impressed with the knowledge and realistic approach to subject matter. Direct but very professional. I like the fact there is no script, someone just reading notes. 3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:

Would be interesting to have confidential feedbacks from other staff to help understand how "others" see you More personal time-one on one. More time on managing change and managing upwards, especially in "Corporate America" More short breaks during the more lecture type discussions. Maybe a little more group interaction Some more time spent on ways to correct bad behaviors. More social events with the group (dinner together?) Keep evolving One thing-table of contents or some other indexing feature to help one locate specific areas in binder quickly during training session. Return to Top

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?

Confirmed the course of action I need to take. Self examination is good but you have also provided For the most part I believed the majority of the findings – in the beginning. Now I realize how accurate you were. Helped me to re-focus and adapt my "tool kit" to make me a better leader. Made me look at myself more closely. Helped me look within. I need to be more people based in my management style. Has brought awareness to the areas I need to develop. I think it will make me a better man, husband, team member, & leader. It has shown me an un-biased view of my strengths and weaknesses and the progress I've made from the last assessment. Re-examination of myself and where I have drifted away. For the first time, I've taken a critical look at myself and now have a means to target specific areas to change and improve. It will help me to concentrate on areas that I need to work on & tweak other areas that are "almost there". Return to Top

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?

I plan on being more positive and less task oriented by listening more. It made me better appreciate the value of communication. It will help me to become a better listener and draw from the talent of my team to help the organization grow. It will, and should, make me more productive and understand my role. Making it more enjoyable. Improve my social skills especially . Make me analyze how I am affecting situations and relationships with my interactions. Help me to change how I listen to others. More people based. It will improve my professional & personal life greatly. It has brought to light some of my flaws. I can now work on changing these. It will definitely cause me to be more aware of my behavior and how it is affecting other people. Absolutely! I now know what tools I can use to help influence myself and others to achieve the best outcome. It will help me communicate better and develop goodwill through being warmer to my staff. 6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?

High impact, personal. My first leadership course. Much more focus on "me" rather than systems, programs and projects. It gets personal The self-assessment The amount of personalization and professionalism. Smaller group Presentation is presented in a form you understand and grasp. My first opportunity to do this.
