3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Possibly shortening down a bit or adding to make it 3 full days instead of 2 1/2. It’s a lot to take in and fast paced.

  • More comfortable seats.
  • I’ll get back to you.
  • Meet and greet either the first night of program or the night before so people can get to know one another – make them more comfortable with participation.
  • Continue to link family and personal experiences to the program.

  • The first day was long with just lectures. Would be better with some exercises to break up the day.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • It has made me a stronger person.
  • A great deal on many different levels – both positive and negative. I appreciated it a great deal.
  • I see so much more that I need to change. I now know what areas I need to improve upon. Thank you!!
  • Shocking at first, but when all put together it makes sense.
  • I now recognize positive and negatives, and can follow a format.
  • Emphasized some weaknesses I was aware of and opened my eyes to one I was not. I believe I have a variety of tools/paths to help me improve.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • It will make me a better leader and a great group/people person.
  • I hope to use the information to become a good leader. The information given to me in this program is priceless to me, and if I use it correctly, I will become a good leader.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • Less theoretical – more individually focused.
  • Real world agenda – real data impacts me personally. Real people examples.
  • More realistic, more interactive.
  • This is the only one I’ve attended.
  • The presenters are pleasant and enjoyable to listen to. It just makes sense and you can relate what they say to your own experiences.
  • The assessment and being able to work on specific traits.
  • The speakers were easy to follow – great leaders!
  • I can identify and target specific development areas.
  • Clinical approach.

  • I think it’s the presentation and the actual realization of our weaknesses.
