3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • It needs no improvement.
  • Start a 1/2 day follow-up/check-in session.
  • Like to have a list of popular quotes used during the class to refer back to – to keep on my desk, refrigerator, or wherever to read and remind me what a leader is all about.
  • I feel the section on opinions was a little long, too in-depth, argumentative, not validated.
  • 2-1/2 days is surprisingly short … maybe more?
  • Behavioral cue cards tailored to the specific profile for each participant that they could use to remind themselves of their opportunity areas.
  • Paul’s stories could be shorter.
  • 3 days instead of 2-1/2 days; more team work exercises.
