1. The quality of the program

  • Excellent; right on target; insightful; interactive.
  • OUTSTANDING!

  • Top notch.
  • Excellent!! Well planned and woke me up to who I am and where I need to change and improve.
  • Best, by far, that I’ve been exposed to.
  • High rate to me! There is not one stone unturned towards better develop-ment. I appreciate the opportunity to be a part of it.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Again, outstanding. Terrific mix of hard nosed frankness and compassionate explanation of concepts.
  • Professional presentation of the instructors: (Cont.)
  • Very high. Polished, yet real.
  • Dead on professionally. Perfect mix of humor mixed with targeted conversation.
  • Outstanding. I see them as friends and mentors, not only instructors.
  • Professional presentation of the leaders of the class was great. Great inter-action and knowledge.
  • It was very professional and to the point. No holds barred type of presentation.
  • Very professional. No improvement necessary at this time.
  • Excellent.
  • Very high.
  • I did not agree with the low tech feel initially, but it worked well for this program.
  • Professional in all aspects.
  • Again, excellent!! Eye contact around the room. Felt you were very concerned about me and my co-workers.
  • Great. Complimented each other very well.
  • Extremely knowledgeable fellows who gathered attention in the mind as the spirit of the people of the room. Literature was mix of fun and serious matter. Well organized, also.
  • Paul and Rick are professional and honest. They also provide a lot of one-on-one consultation.
  • Interactive, personal, and motivational.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Perhaps "warning" signs of scores to look for in undesirable behaviors – like the manipulation or indirect competition. Also, put the handouts in the books to begin with and just reference them.
  • More "how to fix these issues" ideas for low/high scores.
  • Increase the participation of the class.
  • I can’t think of anything you could change.
  • I’m so impressed at this time that I can’t really think of doing anything different.
  • Complete listed referenced material, in addition to the suggested readings.
  • I tend to check out when someone reads a long passage from a book.
  • I have nothing to offer. Felt it as the best I have ever attended.
  • More interactive exercises.
  • For people like me, take a risk and make me speak out loud. In other words, force the quieter folks to speak. Perhaps their initial kick off may yield better group results. I say less but with a lot to say.
  • Include more activities that get participants moving around.
  • Continuous over a period of 1 month, maybe an hour a day and apply it on job.
  • More exercises as far as getting out of the seats.
  • Tap dancing (kidding).
  • Honestly cannot think of any, except keep the audience interactive.
  • None at this time.
  • I think your program would benefit from hiring an instructional designer. There was an awful lot of sitting.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • It drew my attention to areas of needed improvement, and gave me specific steps to take to make that happen.
  • Immensely – I feel I have keys to success I thought I used to have, knew I didn’t, but now OWN.
  • Helped me bring myself back into alignment and balance.
  • It pointed to areas of weakness where I can improve my leadership abilities.
  • I now know the areas of my life that need improvement and can make me a better individual and leader.
  • It has influenced me tremendously. I don’t see that same person in the mirror.
  • Gave me a lot of powerful insight into my current style, where I want to be, and how to get there.
  • It has changed my view and vision about my management style. Thanks, guys!!!
  • Showed areas that I needed to improve that other "leadership" tests never picked out.
  • I have looked at myself and would not want to work for me. Balance is not B.S.
  • It has assisted me in making the realization that I must confront and change a style that has led to past success so that I might improve and obtain continued successes.
  • WOKE ME UP!!! Will definitely improve my career and personal life.
  • Made me realize that some things I’ve considered strengths are actually weaknesses.
  • I will keep the notebook on my nightstand for however long it takes. Time will tell its influence.
  • Eye opening – both internally and externally. I understand and know myself better, but also understand where others are coming from.
  • It has brought some areas of improvement to the surface. I think I already knew most of the information about my personality, but didn’t realize how much it impacts others.
  • Helped me to know myself. I identified a few areas for improvement and will try to change a few things.
  • Very much, by letting me know myself.
  • Powerfully and sincerely.
  • The numbers are merely a measurement. I believe in myself and want to grow into a world-class leader.
  • Made me focus on areas that need improvement in my personal and professional life.
  • Better awareness of my strengths and weaknesses.
  • I thought about what my numbers were and I realize they are very true.
  • Self-awareness. Most do not arrive at self-awareness without a crisis, crossroad, or tragedy.
  • Caused me to step back and find a less defensive stance.
  • Feedback is always helpful when done correctly.
  • It has influenced me to look at myself and see more areas that I need to work on that I normally don’t see.
  • "Look within myself."

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • It will cause me to be more aware of what the outcome of my own behavior is – regardless of how I want to see it.
  • I will develop the confidence to transform my ideas into reality and change the company, myself, and family.
  • This has given me a new-found respect for myself and others, and given me a true direction to obtain or reach the stars.
  • I will become a better leader.
  • The program will influence my leadership style tremendously. Showed me the areas of improvement and given me the skill set to improve.
  • It will make me think more about the feelings of my fellow co-workers.
  • Gave me a lot of powerful insight into my current style, where I want to be, and how to get there.
  • It will greatly help me to understand myself and enhance my leadership style.
  • Make me more aware of what I need to do to be a better leader.
  • I’ll listen to what others are saying – and the big part – actually care what they say/think!
  • I was not going down the path of leadership, rather management. I am going to put myself out there and help myself do what needs to be done when it needs to be done.
  • I will improve.
  • Make me a better communicator, thus a better leader.
  • Provide better balance. These are the secrets that few get to be born with in order to have internal and external presence of a leader.
  • It has pushed me toward a stronger style, but without giving up the "people power" side.
  • I will communicate better. I will try to provide more focus and direction. I also want to increase my reward score.
  • Become a better collaborator, understand people, and develop people within the organization.
  • By improving my personal relationships with people.
  • Very positively, especially long term.
  • To ease back and understand the people I lea, not just the programs, issues, and situations.
  • Very positively. I believe I will be a much more effective and productive leader.
  • It’s all up to me to grow in the areas that I know I am weak in.
  • I hope it will make me a better leader.
  • The awareness took me to my "achievement" mindset. This occurs at the expense of interpersonal time with my employees.
  • More focused effort towards improvement.
  • I think the follow up will be key.
  • It will influence me in all areas that I need to work on.
  • Stop being so self-centered and consider others in many ways.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • This program is more personal, which is good for me.
  • Used assessment scores continually.
  • Much more personal – obviously – not just theory as it relates to others.
  • Participation was extracted from the group without embarrassing them.
  • Not boring. Very interesting.
  • There were many light-hearted moments.
  • Being from an organizational behavioral/psychology background, as opposed to labeling a D.I.S.C. or Zig Ziglar, was my prior event training. This was much more insightful.
  • It impacted me a GREAT DEAL more personally than any other training program I’ve ever attended.
  • Very much engaged with people.
  • This is the first one that I am attending.
  • This was thorough and motivating. We were able to apply and explore how the information applied to us personally.
  • First one. Can’t answer about any other.
  • It was something I could use, not only in my career, but in my personal life. It was something I connected with very deeply.
  • It is based on individual characteristics that you must take ownership of.
  • Didn’t pander to theories everyone already knows. It was user-focused, not material-focused.
  • This is my first.
  • It is more honest!!
  • This is the first I have attended.
  • Never attended any other leadership programs.
  • Felt a true sincerity for me as an individual and desire for myself as well as the group to grow positively.
  • Every single thing – incomparable!!
  • It’s personally tailored to what I need, not cookie cutter or cliché based.
  • This is my first.

7. Quality of manual and presentation materials?
  • Clear and to the point.
  • I would strive for more consistency.
  • Good. Love the card idea.
  • Well done.
  • Good.
  • Great. I will keep them handy for reference.
  • Excellent.
  • Engaging and interesting, but entertaining as well.
  • Very good, but perhaps a bit lengthy (although I understand it is a lot to cover).
  • Very useful and learning.
  • The level of information was good. I felt that we spent an adequate amount of time on each subject.
  • I can’t answer until I really go and review on later dates.
  • Well laid out and easy to follow. I will be able to reference it easily and will do so often.
  • OK.
  • I did not agree with the low tech feel initially, but it worked well for this program.
  • Materials were very directional and informative.
  • Good mix of solid educational materials, funny examples, and the mental exercises were fun.
  • High quality of materials, will give me guidance as I continually improve.
  • Simple and to the point. I appreciated the simplicity of it.
  • Very high. Useful – not just future paperweight or bookend.
  • Something I can look at continually to refresh myself.

8. Training facility evaluation:

  • Handy to office, easy to find, comfortable.
  • Good. A little cold.

  • Clean, convenient, and easy to get to.

  • Good enough.
