1. The quality of the program
  • To sum it up in one word, "AWESOME." You guys do such a wonder job of using stories and examples to explain the information. I learned so much about myself.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Excellent. Extremely articulate and very balanced.
  • Very professional. Their presentation skills made these 2-1/2 days fly by. Lots of fun.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Make it 3 days or 3-1/2. There is so much information to receive. It did seem slightly hurried.
  • Nothing off of the top of my head. If I think of anything, I'll let you know.
  • Honestly can't think of any. I was very impressed with the program.
  • Make it a day longer so the info will be understood and clear.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • It's amazing how much I learn just by listening, both to my co-workers and my son. It's changed my relationships so much.
  • It's not about me. I don't have to always be right. I will be a better listener and do a better job of giving others what they need emotionally.
  • I now feel that I can supervise my team more effectively. To hold them accountable, to be able to feel comfortable with my decisions, and to include them on decisions, as well.
  • It really pinpointed where I am currently in my life. It has provided focus, structure, and direction (authority) to assist me in reaching my fullest potential. This is a great opportunity for me to change positively.
  • In many ways, but most important, I told my friend I loved him for the first time in a relationship that has lasted more than a year. I have always showed him because I believed in "walking the walk," but I never felt it necessary to tell. Wow, what a difference.
  • In the way that I will become a better leader than ever.
  • I've got work to do but the changes are going to be awesome!
  • It influenced me to change.
  • It has really given me the ability to honestly look at myself and to take what others may see or say about me in a more analytical manner.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • I definitely plan to continue to work on my listening. Also, the program really helped me to understand how my "need to win" can sometimes come across as a negative.
  • Make me more approachable, help grow my team by allowing them to have a say.
  • It will definitely improve my leadership style for the better of the organization.
  • It will allow me to focus on the areas that need strengthening and assist me in realigning myself for better balance in life and leadership.
  • It will be very positive.
  • In a lot of ways. It is all out there for me to become who I think I can.
  • This is the beginning for me. So I will use these tools to create and begin my leadership.
  • It converted me from a manager to a leader.
  • I believe I can develop a much more honest, ethical, and team oriented atmosphere.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • More intense and plenty of data.
  • It was personal.
  • Shows me how to be a leader.
  • A lot of interaction. Presenters were very upbeat and excited – passionate – about what they were talking about.
  • The only other leadership training (other than working) I have had is the USMC basic training and it is exactly the opposite. Common theme: integrity.
  • It feels real! Paul and Rick show they care and are here to help you!
  • The personal assessment before that allows me to understand my natural inclinations and the tools to change them.
  • You keep it on a very down to earth, realistic level.
  • This program is more self oriented and reflects on my own defects and strengths.
  • I have not attended many, but this one will always stand out because "it was all about me."
  • The best program ever! I can see exactly what I need to do.
  • It was NOT like any other I have been to before. The real stories and realities are exciting.
  • The presenters, the materials, and, more importantly, it linked behavioral characteristics to leadership and their interaction. It was great.
  • Others I attended were for team building and for civil treatment courses. This was designed to help me manage my team, using focus, direction, and structure.
  • This is the first of its kind for me. It really spurred my interest in reading more again. I went to the library when I got back and checked out 5 books. I've almost finished reading them and am going back for more!

7. Quality of manual and presentation materials?
  • Great.

  • Being a "techno geek," I like the flashiness of computers, but, if this works for you, I wouldn't change a thing.

8. Training facility evaluation:

  • Easy to get to and accommodating for people that flew out of state!
