2. Professional presentation of the instructors:

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Not really. Just one suggestion - sometimes I couldn't always hear what you were saying when you were addressing or presenting that information to the opposite side of the "U." I should have asked.
  • Positive feedback! More time to cover all of the notebook. Yes, it is hard to know from group to group. Seemed like one side of the room was receiving more of your attention when you spoke.
  • Added day or two, whereby the areas for improvement of individuals are put to use through role play.
  • Lengthen it. 3 days, perhaps, instead of 2-1/2.
  • Program should be 3 - 4 days.
  • It would be helpful if the laminated card was expanded to include brief definitions of the dynamics (or use a second card for this).
  • Perhaps talk about some of the strengths more, and how people can leverage their strengths for better results.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • I will attempt to incorporate these into my personal life, much more slowly into my place of employ, but more so in my ability to grow and move on.
  • I now realize how hard it is to be a good leader. It takes a lot of work, mentally and emotionally.
  • It has made me look inside myself. This, I hope, will make me a better person and leader.
  • Made me realize a couple of things in myself I wasn't aware of before. Paul was very helpful in his explanations and examples, making me understand.
  • By far, the most impactful training I have ever attended because it looks at one's inner self and is about improving based on this self-assessment.
  • It has shown me some of my leadership problems.
  • Great learning experience! Brings clarity and focus to what I need to do to be a better and more effective leader.
  • I've taken a deeper look at the root causes of my behaviors. My understand-ing of them will allow me to work on change and modification.
  • I learned that competing isn't everything. Also, that a leader is more than just being a manager.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • I believe it will help me to be empowered to use the information that I knew mostly but had forgotten or had lost in the years of . . . I know that I am a good leader. I just desire to be better/more. THANKS!
  • Take it more seriously.
  • Immensely. I think I will have a more positive impact on the people I lead.
  • Awareness. Make me a better leader now that I understand my characteristics and learned how to use them or improve them.
  • I plan on using this in my home life and work to become a better communicator/listener/leader/husband/father/person. I cannot thank you enough!

  • I hope to become more balanced. Focus less on tasks and more on people.

  • It was about ME!

  • Never been to leadership programs before.
  • This was a better presentation, better content, and something you really can apply.
  • More personal. Knowing my needs and how to address them.
  • It was all about me versus the norm of leaders.

  • Haven't attended many. Dynamic is the word - powerful - genuine.
