1. The quality of the program
  • Excellent. Hit our issues straight on with honesty and compassion.
  • Far and away the most concise behavioral program I have experienced. Clear and concise examples to elaborate on "not to simple" topics.
  • Absolutely the best.
  • Very professional.
  • Excellent/eye opening.
  • Excellent. Learned many things about myself - good and what needs to improve.
  • Excellent (again). No change in two years with good reason - no need to change.
  • Top notch. Very professional.
  • Best in class.
  • Very high. Best training I have received.
  • Very polished. "90."
  • I have been to many. Some have been more intellectually challenging but none have had as much traction.
  • Excellent information.
  • Outstanding.
  • Superb!

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Excellent pace. The structure takes complex data and relational thinking and helps provide models for action.
  • Very engaging, with great real-life examples.
  • Excellent.
  • Top notch.
  • Very professional. We were not talked down to, nor was it over our heads.
  • Great.
  • Very professional.
  • Outstanding and impressive.
  • Knowledge was impeccable, but the sincerity was the driving force.
  • Very well done.
  • Exceptional.
  • Rick is a master!!! Paul is super.
  • 98.
  • Outstanding.
  • I don't learn as much from listening - much better from exercises and discussions with others. May want to consider how to integrate more experiential opportunities in session.
  • Well presented. Good mix of facts, info, and stories to back up.
  • First class. Very good.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • None.
  • I can't think of a thing.
  • Remove or limit sport references and sexual remarks. Might be offensive to a more diverse group.
  • Powerpoint. Projector was in way many times.
  • Set/establish/explain the learning structure up front.
  • All I can think of is automation!
  • Develop an easy-to-use Powerpoint version of the presentation. Allow members to understand who else has the same low numbers for future support.
  • Reduce the speed of reading through some of the material.
  • Define, up front, that effective outcome is 1 or 2 developmental improve-ments, not everything that may be out of whack. Then challenge group in beginning to detect what that might be by end of program.
  • Facility on day 1 was poor. The noise outside our room was distracting.
  • Get us out of our chairs.
  • More time to talk about specifics of OUR group dynamics.
  • Perhaps change some things for repeat visitors.

  • It has given me an understanding of personal balance.
  • Given me drive to change.
