1. The quality of the program
  • In a word - "OUTSTANDING." I learned a lot about myself, how I relate to others, and how I see others. Everyone that I work with on a daily basis and my family will see a change in me (discipline - 90). I will be a better father, husband, friend, leader, boss, and co-worker because of this program.
  • Excellent. Participants are challenged through exercises and evaluations and forced to look into the mirror.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • It was one of the best jobs in relationship to lecture, group interaction, one-on-one instruction.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • More team activities (especially dealing with conflict) would be nice to see.
  • Smaller group would help with interaction.
  • Turn the program into three full days to cover entire manual. Maybe bring in guest speakers.
  • Maybe more team exercises - hands on.
  • More breaks.
  • Perhaps more interaction, less lecture.
  • POWERPOINT.
  • Too bad we didn't have more time.
  • I could use a bit of one-on-one (or maybe a panel discussion) where weaknesses could be shared/discussed).
  • More interaction in groups and dynamics. Less being on seats. More action.
  • Evaluate mental maturity with HR before coming or first thing when here.
  • Voice level or microphone. Make sure everyone hears good questions.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • Positively; better understanding of why I do what I do.
  • It opened my eyes to some strengths I didn't realize I had and confirmed some weaknesses. Also surprised me as to some of my weaknesses.
  • It has helped identify how my competencies interact, both positively and negatively. The areas I need to step up, as well as those I need to one down.
  • Helped me look at my weaknesses.
  • Provided deep insight into myself. Great roadmap to follow.
  • To listen to people more and learn from them.
  • To sit back and watch what I perceived to be right - but actually was not.

  • It will make me a great leader because of the eye opening tools and lifetime gifts you have provided me.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • This is a life changing course, not a job changing course.
  • Not dull. More than just common knowledge material.
  • The interaction was grateful, useful information.
  • It kept everyone involved and the information flowing.
  • More introspective.
  • Keeps your attention 100%. Real examples. Allows me to see myself.
  • This was only my second class and this class was above the other, in terms of knowledge of materials.
  • Digs much deeper into your inner self.
  • Others were only one day and not as in-depth.
  • Nothing to judge it by.
  • Better directed.
  • I haven't attended any others.
  • Most aspects of this course were derived from within.
  • Guidance to go along with the evolution.
