3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Remind everyone to turn off cell phones.
  • I have no idea how you'd improve the program, but it would be helpful to substantiate the accuracy of the numbers to a greater degree (i.e., my extreme results are not a fluke???)
  • I think it would be beneficial to allow for more one-on-one time to understand even further individual profiles.
  • Make the 2-1/2 days a full 3 days.
  • More physical space - elbow room - for participants at the tables.
  • Extend to three days or bring down the pace.
  • Encouragement of experiences from attendees.
  • I thought the program was great. Possibly expand it to a full three days.
  • No turkey wraps on the second day. J
  • Program is very diagnostic. Use of more examples/material on how to lead using the ideal "new way" would be helpful.
  • More group interaction or team-based activities.
  • Breaks more frequently and shorter.
  • A little more elbow room!
  • Get rid of the overhead projector! *COMPUTER!*
  • Just keep doing what you're doing.
  • More guidance and details on how (specifically) you define high performance leaders.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • Has confirmed my suspicions and solidified my understanding that I need to change (continually).
  • It validated some fears and provided feasible suggestions for improvement.
  • Eye-opening experience. I didn't recognize how extreme I was. Validated areas for me to work on.
  • It really helped me a lot.
  • In a complete structure. I can clearly see strengths, weaknesses, and everything in between. And I can also understand how to better get to my goals.
  • To make a change.
  • Made me aware of strengths and weaknesses I did not know about.
  • It has motivated me to become a better person, on a personal and professional level. It has opened my eyes to what is really important to me.
  • Opened my eyes to areas for improvement that I thought were good.
  • It has made me take an open, honest look at myself and given me some things to work on as I move forward.
  • It made me more aware of potential issues with my leadership style and personality.
  • Eye opener.
  • It has affirmed some of my own feelings about my strengths and weaknesses.
  • Has me questioning my personal and professional life.
  • Realistic! I thought I was a fair, even keeled type of person. I'm not. Great things coming with the assessment.
  • Very positively. I can see now what to work on.
  • Made me appreciate those things that I am doing well and give me some developmental goals.
  • Caused me to look within, rather than looking for problems in others.
  • Interpersonal vision; eye opening; areas for improvement.
  • It has given me a different insight into strengths and weaknesses.
