1. The quality of the program
  • The quality of this program was second to none. I have attended several different training programs and this was by far the most powerful, interesting, and influential. I didn't want it to end. I look forward to implementing the concepts and techniques, and becoming a leader.
  • Outstanding, informative, highly recommended.
  • Well planned and produced.
  • Did an excellent job explaining my characteristics and how it affects my career.
  • Great.
  • Very solid program, with insight that was relevant to my needs.
  • Informative and thorough.
  • Outstanding.
  • Very helpful and informative. Life changing.
  • Was very good. Learned a lot about myself.
  • Excellent, fast track, inspirational.
  • This program was very enlightening to learn about myself and what my traits were and what I need to do to improve.
  • Very high.
  • The program content, presentation, and focus was very insightful, educational, and fun (with some anxiety).
  • Excellent program. No management team should exist without first going through this training.
  • Outstanding - would recommend to anyone!
  • Outstanding. Everything I expected and more!
  • Simply outstanding! Information is extremely pertinent to both business and life. Not many programs have a huge impact on people's lives and this one does. I am changed and will change to be better because of it.
  • Stellar. Continuously drove home the important points that I need to move forward to enable better focus, structure, and direction.
  • The quality was excellent! Strong detail made both informative and entertaining.
  • I liked the program. The materials and presentation were excellent.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Excellent presentation. The program is well thought out. Great supporting handouts, illustrations, and examples.
  • Top notch.
  • Knew their stuff. Validated the course.
  • Very thorough and knowledgeable.
  • Presentation of the instructors included things that occurred in their personal life to help people understand the concepts. It was great!
  • Both Rick and Ross were energetic and able to keep the class focused and productive.
  • Good.
  • Excellent.
  • The info was presented in a way that was very simple to digest. Excellent.
  • Very well presented.
  • There was not a concept that was discussed that was not presented in a manner that you could understand and relate to your own situation.
  • The presentation was professional and very knowledgeable to make the subject very interesting.
  • Very organized and well rehearsed.
  • Very motivational!
  • Rick, Paul, and Ross were professional, with a "down home" quality that I feel allowed myself and hopefully the rest of the group to feel at ease and comfortable (as possible) during the process of self-enlightenment and discovery.
  • Instructors were very professional. They shared personal stories, as well as industry, validating the information they provided.
  • Outstanding, very dynamic.
  • Outstanding - again, a seasoned professional.
  • Highly professional, extremely knowledgeable.
  • The instructors were great, in that the combination of their voice tone, subject matter, citing from books continuously kept me intrigued.
  • Perfect. I have much respect and admiration for the professional knowledge and presentation skills of the presenters.
  • The instructors were overwhelmingly knowledgeable.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • A little more breaks compensated with a longer day - maybe until 6:00 pm.
  • I really enjoyed the group tasks that we encountered. Very helpful in my personal growth.
  • Group "hang out" time during course - social skills.
  • More information or tools on implementing change.
  • Improving on how to help increase your weaknesses on some sections. Break each section down.
  • Would recommend a bit more information on the tools someone can use to make the changes required.
  • I felt that being structured but casual was a nice venue for the program.
  • None.
  • Maybe some time at the end of every session for one-on-one.
  • Keep up the positive work.
  • Tag team of presenters, even more than the two, may help us (MB) to get others helpful insight.
  • I liked this one the best of all three (no changes needed).
  • If possible, keep the program to three days, allowing the ½ day (on the last day) to provide for one-on-one conversations.
  • One month follow up with attendees to continue facilitation and motivational changes. Powerpoint may not be a bad thing, in terms of being able to refer back to previous slides. Just need to pre-plan backups. More group activities involving movement. Complete list of all books read from in course as future reference.
  • Occasionally Rick says the dynamics and their interrelationships too fast. It makes sense to him, but can confuse the listener.
  • More group interaction.
  • I would only suggest placement of 1 or 2 more exercises to better drive home points.
  • None!
  • Start at 9:00 am.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • Significant impact on how I perceive myself and others. I anticipate a more successful career and a more balanced personal life - which is priceless. Thank you!!!
  • Made me realize I need more experience in order to become more confident, which will help me to become a leader that is respected.
  • Reinforced my need to change in order to develop.
  • The assessment has forced me to look into the mirror and accept my behaviors and start to work on changing the negative ones.
  • It's helped me take a look at myself and realize that I need to change myself. Not just work-related, but personal.
  • It opened my eyes to things I've pushed down for quite some time. I've been working on them since.
  • Made me realize that some of the scores were definitely situational - work-related. After feedback with friends and family, they confirmed that. Most of the characteristics were not surprising.
  • Made me see things I did not see about myself.
  • Major self-awareness.
  • Helped me better understand myself and the reasons for my behavior.
  • Learned things I'm good in, and to keep using them, and those things I need to improve.
  • It was a true wake up call on it's not all about me and my #'s, but as a team and company as a group.
  • Given me alternative way to act or view different circumstances.
  • Pointed out some weaknesses so I can now improve on them.
  • Tremendously. I just hope I can remain focused on my task of self-betterment.
  • Definitely I need to change to better myself and those under my direction and employment. Bettering myself will help all members of my team. Two-way communication is my starting block.
  • It makes me realize more how easy it is to fall back. You need to work this all the time. It will make me a better leader.
  • Some things were known to be one way - it was interesting to learn the truth.
  • Absolutely, some findings initially were disappointing and surprising, but later proved to be true.
  • I always felt there were areas where I was not what I wanted to be. Now I know what those performance traits are and I can act to improve them.
  • Incredible influence and huge look in the mirror for me. With my change in leadership, if I don't change, I will have little success.
  • Very much so. Always open to new ideas. This course has helped me look further inside myself. It has been a long time since I had done that.
  • It showed me how I really am. Sides of my personality that I didn't know affected myself and my work.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • I will slow down, be a better listener. I will be less concerned about my own personal interests and more interested in others. I will try to be more Theory Y.
  • Make me become a respected leader.
  • 20% on most topics.
  • I will be more social and caring for people. I will try to be less ego-driven.
  • The change will make me a better person.
  • It will definitely help me to keep me looking at myself in that mirror and keep me focused on others' perceptions of me.
  • Identified areas where I can improve.
  • In a positive way.
  • More communication. Very positively. It will also improve me as a person.
  • Absolutely.
  • It will influence it in a positive way, towards people.
  • Focused, open, talkative, sharing.
  • To be a better listener and seek focus/structure.
  • My communication will get better. Good will and social skills also need to improve.
  • Positively -- not only in a business forum, but personally.
  • It's game time! Bring it on!
  • It will gain me more respect by listening to people more. The better good will I will implement but, at the same time, II will be less accommodating and delegate more.
  • I will now begin to talk with people and make them feel valued as individuals, instead of being focused on numbers.
  • I feel more free to be myself, to communicate more, be less concerned about always guarding myself, and more forthcoming with direction, less withdrawn and opinionated.
  • Really helped.
  • I have gained a much greater insight to leadership, not just how to act, but the underlying reasons why I do act in some ways.
  • I will certainly better understand how to integrate my current shortcomings with my new role.
  • Of course, in a positive way. It helped me reinforce much of my leadership style that I have become proud of. I want to continue helping to influence staff.
  • It will definitely change my leadership style and influence its future direction.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • I've attended other management training courses. This one focused not on concepts, but true data of me and becoming a leader.
  • Strong contact and personalized.
  • It was based on traits and continuously drove home those traits.
  • It is not about how to do something. It's about WHY something is done and how to influence it.
  • The people that created the course believe and practice what they preach.
  • Much more introspective. Much more effective in fostering change because directly relates to each person.
  • Being a room with people on the same level with the same challenges.
  • It makes you think of real work situations. Rick, having us fill out an action plan, will help retain this information I've learned.
  • Honesty, frankness, integrity, and good will shown and given.
  • Validates with research and demonstration what others say needs to happen.
  • This was the most in-depth personality course. It went deeper than most.
  • This was my first program.
  • Direct - to the point.
  • This program was about learning about me.
  • Everything is "mine" - I get to own it and use it.
  • Real, down to earth.
  • Directly related to my strengths and weaknesses. The evaluations keep me thinking about my needs. Others are too generic.
  • No one else can sit down and show you what you need to improve.
  • The assessment creates high interaction and focus on the presentation. This seminar was a choice; therefore, I came here to learn.
  • First I've been to.
  • 1st one.

7. Quality of manual and presentation materials?
  • Excellent.
  • Perfect.
  • Great.
  • Perfect. I will keep going through it for a long time.
  • Excellent material, the best yet.
  • Outstanding.
  • Well put together, a start (benchmark, somewhat "bible") and direction to assist in my self-improvement and better self-awareness.
  • Fine, no complaints.
  • Very knowledgeable/professional.
  • Very well done.
  • Fine - able to refer back to it in the future.
  • It was good. Could have broken down each section more thoroughly.
  • Top drawer.
  • Very useful.
  • The handbook/material is very professional and every item has a purpose and ties into the message/purpose of the program.

8. Training facility evaluation:
  • Clean, open, quality.
  • Excellent!
  • Tended to be a bit cool.
  • Great.
  • Excellent. Environmental control a bit off - too cool, too warm. Outstanding food.
  • Sometimes too cold.
  • Top notch!
  • Outstanding.
  • Very nice, comfortable accommodations and staff very courteous. Food was also good.
  • Best Western is better! But this place was more than fine!
  • Nice environment.
  • Very nice, except the temp.
  • Other than regulating the temperature, very nice.
  • Climate control was the only issue.
  • Excellent. What's a "turkey wrap"??
  • Excellent - sometimes too cold.
  • The room temperature was too cold the first two days and too warm the third, but, other than that, it was ideal.
