3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Regulate the room temperature. It was too hot. Add more tables so that the attendees are not sitting so close to one another.
  • Nothing immediately comes to mind.
  • More breaks! Often too hot in room.
  • Have none. Great job!
  • Nothing at this time but if I think of something, I will be in touch.
  • PowerPoint!!! Would like to see a program with union environment leaders.
  • More group activities. Day #2 went the best.
  • Training conference center vs. hotel - lighting, temperature, chairs, etc.
  • Sometimes more interaction among groups are better, especially toward the end of the day.
  • Is everything black or white? The book pages should be in color.
  • Maybe a little one-on-one interaction on how to improve on yourself. I feel learning from other people's mistakes/faults is a great way to improve yourself.
  • A few more hours and perhaps more group and/or team exercises.
  • I would like audio/video segments.
  • Can't think of any right now!

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • This program influenced me the most from a personal side, which will impact my entire life and those around me.
  • The feedback did influence me. However, the areas for improvement that you identified were already ones that I was aware of. Your assessment was on point.
  • I will immediately begin to implement change - baby steps - business and personal life.
  • It was great feedback and an eye opener. Will be used for improvement plan. I will also require that from my managers.
  • Gives me "structure," a path to go down that has not been shown to me before.
  • It has helped me to better understand myself and hopefully point me in the right direction to make changes that will improve both my personal and business life.
  • I can see my weaknesses and need to work on them.
  • It makes you realize your personality traits and how they affect your personal and business decisions.
  • Will help in my professional life and personal life.
  • I realized that I need a lot of help in people skills. A true eye opener.
  • Opened my eyes. Coming to the session was impactful for me understanding the content.
  • To be a better listener and give more.
  • It was enlightening for me to realize that people were actually correct in their evaluations of me.
  • It makes me look in the mirror every day differently.
  • Communication - have poor listening skills - cut people off - don't listen to ideas or helpful insight.
  • Gave me a solid base to start from.
  • I see what I have to work on to make myself attain all the goals I have in life.
  • I truly believe that I will be a changed person. I think this will help me be a better leader, father, and friend.
  • It has started to have an immediate positive impact.
  • Opened my eyes to characteristics that impact my personal and professional life. Although I would like to make some drastic changes, I will focus on the areas that will make me more effective in a controlled pace as recommended.
  • It has given me confidence to make changes to become a better person.
  • I need to "cut back" my energy level and learn to adjust good will, social skills when needed, and recognize when I need to.
  • I was able to hone in on the skills I need to improve quick.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • I've taken other assessments but they did not include the leadership training.
  • The pre-assessment.
  • I have never attended a leadership, management, or supervisory program.
  • The assessment and the understanding of the assessment.
  • This is the first course that I haven't fallen asleep in the P.M.
  • This program is very interactive - not all book driven.
  • This is the only program.
  • This is the first program of this type that I have attended.
  • Data - how you link the data - more realistic approach to developing effective leadership styles.
  • You are able to see and measure strengths and weaknesses.
  • Have not attended other leadership programs.
  • The responsibility falls on me and only me.
  • It starts with an assessment of yourself. You get feedback before you even come.
  • This is my first, but this program has set a standard for others to achieve.
  • The two-way communication that is used 90% of time.
  • I have never been to programs that focused totally on me.
  • Sense of trust - this allowed me to put my guard down fairly quickly.
  • I have been to a few leadership classes internal to my company more than 10 years ago, so this is extremely refreshing and addresses the issues that I need to change rather than learning general knowledge in a course.
  • The personal side of family balance stewardship.
  • More personable.
  • Dynamic - involved - to the point.

9. General comments:
  • Thank you!
  • I would like to be reassessed down the road if my company allows it.
  • This information is wonderful, in that it focuses on the root = "YOURSELF."
  • Excellent program.
  • I hate sitting long, but, of course, need to work on that. I enjoyed the class and hope to be in more. I also have high expectations of leadership so I will embrace what I have learned within myself.
  • Atlas Copco has a new organizational development manager. You should contact her through Bob Archambeault.
  • I will be back. People who work for me will be attending. The two best sections for me, personally, were on the use of authority - focus and direction - and work/life balance.
  • It has been a pleasure! Keep up the good work.
  • Excellent. I don't know what more can be said.
  • I really enjoyed the course and how you and Paul relate stories and real life situations to the course.
  • I would love to do it again later on to see if I have changed.
  • I think this would be a very beneficial class for anyone who has to deal with other people on a daily basis.
  • Tough 2-1/2 days of lecture.
