3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • None necessary.
  • Some individual assessment/discussion time during the course with Paul or Rick. Basically, a follow up to the initial feedback session.
  • Short break (bio) after about 90 minutes in the morning.
  • Nothing in particular.
  • None. I think you've got it!
  • None - it is excellent.
  • Smaller lunches (ha ha).
  • Teach Paul to look at the camera.
  • I think it's excellent the way it is.
  • Perhaps include a few more exercises of working together in groups.
  • Get us out of our chairs more! I lost some of the great content because I got a little tired. The program is great. It could be fantastic with more activity.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • Very informative.
  • Opened my eyes and confirmed what others have told me in the past and I have been reluctant to acknowledge or accept.
  • I realized that the specifics of the assessment are less important than the concept of facing reality and taking responsibility for change.
  • It's great to see why we are the way we are. If people have the wrong opinion of me, it has to be up to me to fix it. I love the tools you've given me. I need to show I care. I also need to hold people accountable.

  • This has been a very positive experience.
  • There are a lot of things that I need to work on - better social skills, listening, collaboration, lower avoidance, and accommodation.
