1. The quality of the program
  • Very informative. I like the numeric approach to the leadership skills. Can't hide from the numbers.
  • Great, interactive group dynamic.
  • High.
  • High quality, well presented. Instructors understood material very well.
  • The program is excellent!! Lots of real life situations.
  • Excellent opportunity to have each of us look from within by covering the many aspects of the different traits and the results that can occur.
  • Outstanding.
  • The program was great. I would recommend it to anyone.
  • Quality of the program is excellent.
  • Very good, hit a lot of areas that were very helpful.
  • I believe the quality was exceptional and top notch.
  • 1st class.
  • Excellent. Stimulating insight into all the aspects of what makes us "tick" the way we do.
  • I believe the program is top notch because of having to look at ourselves to improve instead of standards.
  • Very well addressed and I gathered a lot of information.
  • Excellent. Kept me interested. Was very informative. Clarification was done in an easy to understand method.
  • Quality of program was very good. Now I know what are the traits that I need to work on and what are my strengths.
  • Excellent! The knowledge and experiences of Rick and Paul are amazing! Audio tapes/DVDs would be best sellers!!
  • The program covers many different personality traits and goes into the depth of each and how they relate to yourself and your behaviors. It's a great program to get in touch with understanding yourself and others around you.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Very good. Passionate about program. Genuine in their interactions with the group.
  • Good interaction, very enthusiastic, presented criticism honestly.
  • Rick and Paul, you guys are very knowledgeable and bring topics to an understanding.
  • Very positive, reinforcing, direct.
  • Instructors were excellent. Great, real life experience presented in a professional manner.
  • The instructors were great. They provided examples from their own experiences and that makes it real.
  • Outstanding.
  • Presentation is very professional and done so to understand conceptually and reality.
  • Very professional, very knowledgeable.
  • Very professional and upbeat. It was very comfortable being here.
  • Both have done a fine job and relate well to everyone in the class.
  • Good - clear - concise - friendly --- but stern at times.

  • Very confident and passionate. Kept me wanting more.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • More team building and group work exercises, as well as conflict management.
  • I enjoyed the class interactions - maybe more of it.
  • My only suggestion would be less analogy with sports.
  • More ideas to effect change (only Paul's 5 minutes at conclusion). Is there a follow up to track changes? [Scott Kirby - ComDoc]
  • Keep staying on top of the game.
  • More exercises on to 1st day.
  • Interactive exercises were very valuable and should be maximized.
  • Maybe more participant involvement earlier.
  • Everything was wonderful.
  • I did not get my feedback until the day I flew to Holyoke. That area needs improvement.
  • I enjoyed the interaction examples. More would be better.
  • Try pairing up exact opposites in an exercise to get certain points across.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • Pointed out some things that I knew about myself and yet also unveiled some surprises that will definitely set me on a course for self-improvement.
  • Things are currently a blurry haze. I have experienced several truths that may take some time to coordinate so as not to disorient the people that know me as I am. I am filled with enthusiasm and hope that, over time, I can become a better person, allowing me to become the leader that I know I can be!
  • It has changed the way I deal with people on a personal level.
  • I came in not knowing why my communication score was low - now I know!
  • To be open to change and opportunity.
  • Know thyself! It is more than just words. It's a way of life. I was able to see why I have had certain reactions from others. The "light bulb" went off several times!
  • It made me take a look in the mirror. It made me see some things that I want to improve on.
  • Very positively. I wish this was one of my first classes many years ago.
  • Although hard to look in the mirror, extremely positive. Lots to look at and review to change in a positive manner.
  • It gave me a good look, where I was a person.
  • It opened my eyes and gave me better ways to deal with myself and situations.
  • Saw some ugly things but now have the tools to improve going forward.
  • Makes me think more about how I operate.
  • Much more positive outlook, more stability and strength.
  • To understand "how to" or "why" things have happened and what can be done to alter it. Go in the right - or better - direction.
  • Made me see life in a whole different way.
  • Gave better understanding of my strengths and weaknesses. However, it also left me confused in some areas where the score in one personality trait seems to completely contradict another. I also disagreed with a couple of scores.
  • For me to realize I need to change certain things and to actually want to change them is a turning point.
  • It has helped me to understand where I can improve to become a better leader.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • Slow me down and allow the employees to do their own work.
  • With effort, I believe I will become more patient and incorporate more focus, structure, and direction for myself and my staff.
  • I have been given a new understanding. I will try to put into practice the lessons presented in this class.
  • I will have a reference point to go to if I catch myself in tough situations.
  • Improve it to allow more possibilities.
  • It will help guide me into being a more effective leader.
  • It's going to make me a more rounded person.
  • More aware of my low competitive score and how I may give up too easy.
  • In a very positive manner and, most importantly, positive for my team.
  • It will give me a good start, take a good look at what I did and need to do.
  • I hope it will make me realize what I do wrong and right and, hopefully, balance it.
  • Very positively.
  • It will help me try to cultivate a greater team effort - 'cos that's the way to go!!!
  • I always was worried to become a manager because most of them I worked for had no personality (my way or the highway). I think different!!!
  • Positively. A better understanding of what people perceive or want.
  • A lot because I've learned that teamwork is the only work.
  • Most definitely, yes.
  • It will impact my leadership style in only positive ways.
  • It will make me a better leader and mentor.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • This is the second one I have attended and I would say the biggest difference is that this program is real and not just based on a bunch of theory.
  • This is my first such program.
  • I learned more because of the way it was presented.
  • Relaxing but intense. Never made me feel inadequate or foolish.
  • More to the point. More dialogue. Concentrated on the personal aspect.
  • Depth of information and assessment of my profile.
  • This is one of the 1st but I believe Rick and Paul are as real as it can get.
  • It was not a wrong or right answers, or this is how you will be. You showed ways to change and what to look for.
  • The "frank" interaction and real life stories.
  • Numeric - where you are in your style versus just how you should be a leader.
  • It really challenged me to take a look at my inner self.
  • Forces you to be honest with yourself.
  • This was, by far, THE BEST leadership training I have been exposed to. Most others dealt with theory and the way things "should be" versus looking at how we affect others.
  • The two presenters are awesome and time goes by when you're having fun.
  • I have never been to another program.
  • It does not tell you how to do it. This is the way! I tend to look for the magic item to change all things. There isn't one. There are many!
  • The customization of the program to my specific personality and leadership traits really made more of an impact. I left with specific areas of improve-ment and the tools for change to make those improvements.

  • Entertaining, with very appropriate analogies. Easy to relate to my reality.
  • Excellent.
  • Excellent - a life long point of reference.
  • Overheads are great!!!! Forget the high tech stuff.
  • This is a manual I will keep forever.
  • Very useful. Good understanding.
  • Great.
  • Very good.
  • Top notch.
  • Well organized and easy to read, follow, and understand.
  • Fine.
