1. The quality of the program
  • Very good way to handle a difficult issue.
  • The program is very educational and worthwhile. I really learned a great deal.
  • Great. Excellent use of real life examples.
  • Outstanding!
  • Good quality program. Excellent delivery of common sense principles.
  • The program is exceptional - first class, guys. It was a wonderful experience.
  • A+. Very well constructed and thought out.
  • 1-10 basis, I give you a 7. I feel participants will benefit by a more intense one-on-one segment during the seminar, even if the session were to be extended another half day.
  • I thought the program was terrific self-enlightenment.
  • Excellent.
  • Excellent - loved it.
  • An excellent program that helped me know myself better and recognize new opportunities to develop.
  • Great content. Great delivery.
  • Great learning opportunity.
  • A+.
  • Excellent. Covers a lot of material, done in a fun, motivating way. Entices all to be involved.
  • High.
  • I thought the program was great. For me, an awakening.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Excellent.
  • Extremely professional. The instructors are excellent.
  • Great.
  • It was good, but you should try PowerPoint again, guys.
  • Excellent presenters. Work well with each other. Seamless handoffs amongst one another. The duration of your relationship shows.
  • Very professional, but not too uptight. They made it fun.
  • Knowledgeable, sincere.
  • Warmly done, but professionally maintained throughout.
  • Top notch. Head and shoulders above the rest!
  • Great. They compliment each other well and trade off together.
  • Very professional.
  • Extremely professional and effective. Powerful example of the effects of change.
  • Knowledgeable; excellent exercise and quality delivery of material.
  • Very easy to understand. Talked on an appropriate level for the group. Repeated the important points at least three times. Good job!
  • A+.
  • Rick and Paul were great. They always took time to answer questions and make sure everyone "got it." Personal stories were great!
  • Very good presenters. Know their stuff. Areas of opportunity: seems like they know everything by heart, not any improvisation. Make it more natural and authentic.
  • Did a great job keeping the discussion understandable and engaging.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • On graphs of characteristics, add more comments about high/low numbers regarding ways to adjust. These are conceptual/abstract in many cases and the more documentation you can provide, the easier it will be for new students to "see it."
  • I appreciate your 20 years of experience, but I do not need to hear that you have 20 years of experience every three minutes on the first day.
  • Go with an agenda.
  • Balance the presentation portions amongst the presenters more evenly. I would have loved to hear from Paul more.
  • More advertising to really get your name out there - if it's not already.
  • For my own learning ability, I need more repetition and personal (hands on) usage of buzz words, traits, characteristics, etc. to commit them to memory. If you intend for people to carry these things away, possibly a little more attention or time rendered. No problem with conceptual aspect, if that is your goal.
  • "Next step" program training o focus on the step that is next. (Baby steps into action).
  • More "bio" breaks - two 10's (not one 15).
  • Time went by quick. Go to 3 days, rather than 2-1/2.
  • We moved very quickly at times.
  • Keep starting on time! Get people back from breaks.
  • Have a feedback session in (maybe) 3 months to see if we are utilizing what we've learned and moving in right directions.
  • Create a follow-up process for reevaluation in 6 months or 1 year.
  • Not much to improve.
  • The pace was slow for me. The concepts were repetitive. Would have preferred faster pace and greater exploration of additional topics.
  • None to speak of.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • Helped me learn importance of social skills and good will.
  • It has taught me many areas that I need to improve to become a better leader.
  • Able to address issues; honest feedback; and tools to make change provided.
  • It was tremendous. I have heard those things about me before, but now I know how bad they are and how to solve them.
  • It gave me greater perception of how others perceive me to be. I know me better.
  • To increase my level of positive communication.
  • All positive - way too many thoughts to write down. It really made me look at myself in the mirror.
  • I will work on my weaknesses to help build the best team possible and improve my workplace. Surprised by a couple of areas - most were expected.
  • I will need to spend time on this and will do so with an action plan.
  • It shed light on my weaknesses and my strengths.
  • It has focused on strengths and weaknesses. It has given me positive feedback to improve.
  • Self-awareness. Just when you think you know yourself, you find out you do not.
  • Made me realize areas of opportunity that I did not see.
  • Showed me the personal areas I can improve upon.
  • Made me a believer in my profile and what I must now do to improve my performance.
  • Made me realize I need to slow down! Not everyone moves as fast as I do. I need to be more patient.
  • Exposed strengths and weaknesses, allowing me to be a better person and listener.
  • More communication with employees. Spend more time with my family.
  • Another acknowledgment of my strengths and weaknesses. An objective evaluation that was very much needed.
  • It has made me aware of a lot of traits that I need to focus on.
  • Very much so!
  • Absolutely.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • Become more positive. Learn better way to help people manage, change, and be successful.
  • I intend on improving my listening skills and good will scores.
  • More balanced.
  • Definitely. Thanks a lot!
  • It will definitely allow me to be more effective.
  • Will make me more empathetic.
  • Very positively and will be more open minded to suggestions and change.
  • More attentive to others. Will seek more input. Will do my best to dispel negativity and how my superiors my ability to react to and help implement change. May also try to toss in a little Giombetti-type feedback, when appropriate.
  • More social to engender commitment. Enjoy the journey more - NOW! (vs. delayed gratification ) Make it more fun for all of us!
  • I'm more aware of myself and others.
  • This has focused me to develop an action plan.
  • Never thought I was an "X" and am moving toward a "Y."
  • Absolutely, it will influence and improve my abilities to lead effectively through a balanced use of personality concepts.
  • Will help me show a higher energy level and help me hold employees accountable.
  • Simply by realizing that there is a critical difference between a manager and a leader. Aspiring to be a leader, using what has been shared with me to build a team.
  • I will be a better communicator, listener. Not be afraid to voice my opinions and I will try to work at same pace as those around me, not get frustrated when people can't keep up.
  • Increased the respect I have for peers and peers have for me. I am more under-standing of people, their tendencies, and their expectations.
  • To take charge, bring problems to the forefront.
  • Help me work towards personal improvement, which I am convinced will have run down effects to rest of my team.
  • I think it will help me take it to a new, more professional level.
  • Very positively.
  • It will start me in a new direction in a positive way.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • This accuracy of the assessment.
  • Real life examples make it easy to comprehend the concepts. Open forum for participation.
  • Interaction with peers and instructors was a key theme to this program. Many others have very little interaction and that is a pity.
  • A genuine caring attitude for people.
  • The energy. The only one I can compare the energy to was a paint shop production program - very fast pace.
  • Personal approach, rather than technical. More insightful. "Change starts with me."
  • Self evaluation.
  • It made me look in the mirror. I could see myself, and others, too.
  • I enjoyed the psycho profile.
  • This program is more practical.
  • Enthusiasm. Quality. Genuine concern.
  • The understanding of our personality and how that applies to leadership.
  • It was not the old "RAH RAH" stuff. Each section of the program built on the previous segments and the material was clear and real.
  • High energy. Rick and Paul are very passionate and enthusiastic, which is easily spread amongst the group.
  • It was interesting, informative, and well presented.
  • This was the first program for me.
  • I had absolutely no trouble staying awake and paying attention.
  • It is more about personal development, which is the root of all.

7. Quality of manual and presentation materials?
  • Very high quality.
  • Excellent.
  • Very clear and concise. Keep it that way.
  • Great.
  • Very good.
  • A little outdated, but effective. You can use PowerPoint, but have overheads as a backup (maybe overkill).
  • This will be a resource for years to come.
  • Good.
  • Very good. Solid, especially with the clarity and reinforcement supplied by Rick and Paul.
  • Good, but slides (like the presentation) seemed repetitive, reaffirming already taught concepts.
  • Very good and easy to understand.

  • The facility was good, but way too cool (temperature).
