1. The quality of the program
  • Excellent! Rick is a tremendous group speaker. Very charismatic. Never short on examples from real situations. Able to keep discussion moving and stay on track. Knowledgeable about subject matter. Enjoyed the traditional overheads. Good exercises to provide examples.
  • On a scale of 1 - 10, I would rate this program as a 12!

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Paul could work the room just a little more; tends to talk to one table too long at a few times, leaving his back to me. Most of the time, he did well.
  • More guidance in how to achieve goals.
  • It could be a little short, because you get the feeling you're rushing a little. The group exercises are great - add more of them.
  • Don't show any movies.
  • They say that there is always room for improvement, but I certainly cannot think of anything!
  • Spend more time on next steps, focusing on how to aid in the development of areas identified.
  • None!
  • More time would be helpful. Planned follow up.
  • More of my co-workers should attend.
  • It would be nice to have more time to talk on a personal basis about the scores.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • Reinforces previous education and experiences I have had on issues about communication and empowering/engaging employees. Taught me some new communication realities (the B side). Provided awareness to my weaknesses.
  • To become a more realistic person in setting goals.
  • Gave me the fuel and positive attitude to make the necessary changes.
  • More than I thought.
  • It has allowed me to see some things about myself that I need to change.
  • Made me look at myself and focus on how I can improve.
  • It has influenced me to be less laissez-faire. Has showed me that it is OK if everybody does not like me.
  • Definitely raised awareness and re-energized me. Just what was needed!!

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • If I follow though, I will become a better leader.
  • I know this will be a positive influence in my professional career and also at home. Since I have a high competitive score, I will now ask myself "do I need to win this battle?"
  • It has given me a completely new outlook.
  • If I use it properly and the way it was presented, I will be a good leader of an inspired team.
  • It will make me more aware of things I need to do to be a leader.
  • It will definitely improve!
  • It will make me a stronger leader. When/if I become management, I plan to lead, not manage.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • Dynamic speaker! Engaging. Reflective. Two-way discussions. Great story telling skills.
  • Have not attended other programs.
  • First one.
  • More personal, smaller class size.
  • Focus on improving (and looking at) personality traits, not just on methodology.
  • First leadership program.
  • It was all about me!
  • Much more in-depth and with more personal attention instead of just a lecture.
  • Focus on leadership, not management.
  • Makes you look at yourself, no one else.
  • First program I attended regarding leadership.
