1. The quality of the program
  • The program was enlightening and will have an impact on my behavior/ business dealings in the future.
  • I thought that the program was excellent. It wasn't afraid to get at the heart of what makes us who we are and why we do the things we do.
  • Very good. The message that there is no right/wrong, but just know yourself, how to use it, and what affect it has on others.
  • Very high quality. Good content and practical application.
  • Good learning opportunity, but didn't let us see everyone's leadership style.
  • Very good. Lots of concrete examples.
  • Excellent.
  • Outstanding.
  • Excellent! To the extent you are open, available, and vulnerable, you will learn a lot!

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Rick and Paul are excellent communicators (good sense of humor, too).
  • No PowerPoint was used; interesting but it does lack some audio/visual aspects that PowerPoint provides (video clips from leaders in variety).
  • Good.
  • Excellent.
  • Outstanding.
  • The presentation was delivered well. The timing was well executed (I was able to follow along, yet the pace kept the program interesting).
  • Good. They set up a nice environment for discussion and learning.
  • Good balance between examples and learning. Two instructors worked well.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Make it a little longer, a little more personal application for all individuals.
  • How will everyone practice their leadership style? I've been to other programs that put everybody in the hot seat.
  • I would really like to see you offer (as part of the class) the option of retaking the profile test at some period of time after you feel you've implemented the changes.
  • More exercises.
  • Perhaps build in more experiences and less lecture - info overload was often experienced.
  • Better breakfasts!
  • Follow ups on how we plan to use the knowledge.
  • More time/opportunity to discuss personal results and some improvement opportunities.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • It helped me synthesize the information into a concrete action plan.
  • Helped me to understand how I react to teams.
  • The assessment picked up my current work/personal situation very well. This reaffirmed the need to address the root cause. However, I struggle that the results really depicted an overall leadership style.
  • It clarified some things I knew about myself and brought up some things I didn't.
  • It caused initial confusion, which began to resolve as the course progressed.
  • Provides insight into my personality.
  • To speak up, not hide, but not try to change too much.
  • It has allowed me to take a look at my behaviors and how I may be perceived.
  • It has honestly given me a deeper look and understanding at some of the personality traits that I didn't want to face.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • It has provided me with the information that will allow me to grow as a leader. I especially want to work on social skills and authority (providing structure, direction, and focus to my team).
  • Allow me to try some more aggressive styles.
  • It should make it better.
  • I need to continue developing social skills, recognize the value of good will, and remember to have a positive effect on people's limbic systems.
  • Provides a tool for my development.
  • Very positively, will help me immensely as I grow.
  • I will be more aware of my behavior and how I affect/influence my coworkers/manager.
  • Allow me to move from "good and reliable contributor" to leader/mentor of others.
  • Yes, I will work to step on a few areas. It will be a challenge for me.

  • I haven't attended any others, but I've heard that this is a much better course than most
  • The frank and honest feedback.
  • It was focused on an introspective approach.
  • The passion of the instructors.
  • Leaders set up a non-threatening environment.
  • The personal assessment is much more thorough than some other programs I've taken.
  • The personal application based on my personality profile was very valuable.

9. General comments:
  • I really enjoyed and got a lot out of this. Thank you for your time and dedication.
  • Good program!
  • Exercises to bring awareness of the value of teams - the best I've ever experienced!!!
  • My job is in so much transition right now that I have a hard time determining which are areas that I need help with because of this transition and which are intrinsic to me and would need help in whatever position I was in.
  • Good program for learning.
  • Thank you!
