3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • None.
  • Wish it was a little longer in time.
  • Keep going. Maybe play theme of Rocky II at the beginning and Rocky III at the end.
  • Haven't see better. Couldn't suggest any improvements.
  • Add some role play to reinforce the concepts.
  • Only one thing - stories you gave me in my personal assessment were the same stories used during the presentation. Try to change them. Tell some stories for personal assessment only and save others for the presentation.
  • For high energy people, this was a long time to sit in a chair.
  • I can understand employees unable to send people over 10 weeks, but I would prefer shorter sessions over longer time frame.
  • Drawing out more in the way of personal experiences and situations.
  • More exercises to grasp a better understanding of the material.
  • Make it three full days.
  • Explain the basis, origination of the scattergram. I'd like to see your scattergrams.
  • Less stories; more "how to."
  • Make class longer.
  • Use a Powerpoint slide instead of overheads.
  • Daily after class availability for one-on-one questions. With our company [ADS] being so large and spread across the US, Giombetti to do in-house at each location.
  • Speed up the program a little bit. Eliminate "Guess the word I'm thinking of" - time consuming and tends to get irritating. Reduce some of the anecdotes.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • I will make changes for the better in both my professional and personal life. I will be a changed person and will take time to enjoy the journey of life.
  • Opened my eyes to myself. Showed me where I can improve my perception of myself to the reality of who I am.
  • Helped me identify areas for improvement. Gave me the structure and focus to implement, without killing my ego.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • It will improve me greatly.
  • It has showed me that I need to be more assertive and collaborative, and less accommodating.

  • You gave me . . . actually honed me into a better leader by pointing out my strengths and weaknesses.

  • More interactive. Focus is not only on business, but life in whole - which matters!!!
