1. The quality of the program
  • I'm extremely impressed by the depth of the assessment and how the behaviors all connect.

  • A class act!Outstanding - exceeded my expectations.
  • Good.
  • Great.

  • Speakers were knowledgeable and energetic.
  • Slides, hand outs, etc.
  • were very insightful.

  • At times, I would have liked it to be more interactive.

  • They interacted well with the group.
  • I was stimulated throughout.
  • As someone who goes through a lot of these training sessions, this was the first that I was captivated from beginning to end.
  • Both Rick and Paul were very professional in their presentations.
  • Their reference to "real" situations allowed me to relate easier to the scenarios being discussed.
  • Great.
  • Presentation was good.
  • Paul and Rick have the skills, training, and experience to teach these topics.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Some concepts are belabored.
  • If the group, as a whole, has high energy, the pace could be adjusted - - - just a thought.
  • This has been my first program of this type.
  • I believe the program was very efficient and effective.
  • Presentation was good.
  • Maybe booklet inserts to be in color to enhance viewing and impact at later dates.
  • I think it could be longer.
  • Felt a little rushed toward the end.
  • Maybe ask volunteer to show profile and discuss concepts to improve a specific area.
  • I think the info on day one should be condensed.
  • It was the second day and a half that really meant the most to me.
  • Role playing should be included and more team exercises.
  • I do not have any suggestions at this time.
  • Going to 6-hour days.
  • Rick and Paul have mastered it.
  • No recommendations.
  • More time - 5 days.
  • Solicit more feedback from students during the course, such as stopping sometimes to have them state a key concept they've learned and illustrate it.
  • Also, case studies in teams might be helpful.
  • More specifics per person for each.
  • I was expecting one of my qualities that needed improvement to be specifically discussed and recommended possible improvements.
  • Bring review up front of book so people will know what you are going to cover.
  • More exercises/interactive process on and in early modules.
  • Provide a quick review tool to carry around.
  • Better user-friendly charts.
  • Make it longer.
  • More in depth discussions.
  • If we had done a little more on time management, I feel the program would improve.
  • More team and individual "games" to drive home the point.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?

  • The ability to review my personal assessment, then understand the rankings, has caused me to reflect on how to proceed in my career.
  • I perceived myself as a good communicator and, therefore, a good leader.
  • I have found that I dictate and do not listen or compromise.
  • I found that this is not leadership.
  • It showed me a lot about myself.
  • It explains some of the behaviors I've always known were problems.
  • Woke my ass up.
  • Made me realize areas of improvement and validated some areas where I was uncertain.
  • It brought things to a reality level.
  • I chose to look in that mirror and take charge.
  • Shown me areas that cause me stress and helped me realize that my actions may turn people off at times.
  • I will definitely put what I have learned into practice.

  • I'm extremely impressed by the depth of the assessment and how the behaviors all connect.
  • Finally, a course that is "beyond" the same leadership courses that currently exist.
  • Addresses the executive vs.

  • Kept me involved and gave some practical, useful information.
  • It's about me.
  • Great chemistry between Paul and Rick.
  • First seminar of this type.
  • More realistic.
  • Others focus so much on theory.
  • I think it would be helpful to have this 2-1/2 day class and then have everyone come back six months later for follow up.
  • I have not attended any programs on this level before.
  • This is the only seminar I've been through that kept me 100% focused on the material and awake.
  • Constant group interaction - good job.
  • Focuses more on myself.
  • External.

  • Quality of speakers.
  • Energy.
  • It has kept my attention throughout and has stimulated me to act on all aspects taught to better myself as both a professional and on a personal level.

  • This was more about me and how I can improve myself.
  • The infinite examples and the reality of them.
  • It makes you think of your life, not just your work.
