  • Possibly making it another day to be sure to get through everything and allow some time for reflection.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • It has helped me to understand my strengths, weaknesses, and tendencies I may have that can influence the way I react to situations.
  • It is true.
  • Need to improve social skills.
  • Vast improvement fir time and I think reassessing and letting me know where I am at now and where I need to focus to be a better team developer.
  • It points out the areas of opportunity that I need to work on to make my life better.
  • I have learned not only from Rick and Paul but from the other people and my "limbic system" is even higher than it was before.
  • I have learned many, many new things and am looking forward to the future.

  • I believe I will become a better listener and hold others accountable on a consistent basis.
