  • Absolutely outstanding. Far more than I expected.
  • This program is worth the time and I am going to suggest more people from my area have this experience.
  • For individuals who have not been able to reflect upon themselves and their weaknesses, this is a great course for enlightenment.

  • The program is great.
  • Excellent. Eye opening.
  • Excellent. Very good training materials and very well paced!
  • I thought the program was absolutely top notch.
  • Outstanding. Perhaps the best word to describe the program is “real.” We do not have to recreate the concept of leadership. You have used concepts and ideas that have been around.
  • This program has been an excellent program.
  • Excellent and very informative. I took so much away from this program.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors
  • Paul and Rick were very professional 100% of the time. These guys really know how to make you understand the importance of the personality traits and how they affect everyday life as well as business.
  • Great job getting interaction.
  • 100%.
  • Very good, very well presented.
  • Two of the most professional guys I ever met. Extremely organized and prepared.
  • I like the way you play off each other.
  • Presentations from both given in two different ways which gave our attention a chance to switch and kept us involved.
  • Excellent. Rick and Paul were very complimentary with their words and style. Really liked the duo-approach!
  • Both of the instructors are excellent speakers and very knowledgeable – wealth of experience.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program
  • Rick and Paul were very accommodating to every participant’s wants and needs. I really cannot locate an area in which they could improve the program.
  • More group and individual exercises to drive points home. There were many times I had a difficult time hearing Rick and Paul or some of the others in the group. I was reluctant to make issue of it because I didn’t want to disrupt their presentation style.
  • The last day was rushed. Leave more time to go through. The implementation plan needs work.
  • More interactive. I felt we were given every opportunity to cooperate, if we chose to.
  • Have “partners” practice giving and receiving “feedback,” both constructive and appreciative. Then tell how it felt – what they learned.
  • None.
  • Perhaps you could include videos during your training.
  • More team activities during the first day.
  • A lot of information in 2-1/2 days. Maybe make it 3 – 4 days.
  • No improvement required.
  • None – great class.
  • More interaction during breaks/lunch with the class.
  • Draw more interaction from members on the first day as the interaction was on the second and third days. Basic program information must be laid out but greater interaction on the first day would assist to draw the audience in quicker.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • I hope to improve my personal relationships first, my working relationships 2nd, and my professional career should improve as a result.
  • It has helped me to understand the particular personality traits that affect others around me. It has given me the information I need to work on a few areas of development.
  • Makes me a better dad, husband, employee.
  • Absolutely. I would encourage anyone interested in wanting to better themselves to go through this course.
  • Wonderful.
  • It has opened my eyes about a number of areas. Thinks you don’t even realize you do.
  • Ready and already have started implementing many things into my everyday life.
  • I have a real assessment of myself and an idea of how to make myself better.
  • Made me more aware of my surroundings and of my deficiencies.
  • Absolutely! It makes me want to be a better listener, be more patient, and have better BALANCE in my life.
  • Has given me more self-awareness of my strengths and weaknesses, plus the understanding of how to improve.
  • Tremendously.
  • To listen to people and engage them in conversation. Just because I don’t need it, they might.
  • Performance Dynamics has shows me a lot of things. One of the most important to be was how other people saw me.
  • Greatly. Showed me weaknesses so I can improve myself.
  • Helped me notice more about myself. I need more energy and social skills.
  • Made me notice skills that I need to improve upon.
  • This has made me look at some of the traits that I thought I was strong in and work on those with my communication (listening).<
  • Reinforced some issues I knew about myself already, as well as identified a few areas I was not really aware of as an issue.

  • I hope to take back a lot of things from this course. I realize I need to be more aggressive, don’t expect so much from myself or my people, and enjoy the journey!
  • It boosts it up to the max. All I have to do is use it.

  • This is going to make me reevaluate the type of leader that I thought I was.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • As you stated, this program wasn’t designed to teach us to be managers. It was intended to show us/help develop us into better leaders.
  • The complimentarity of Rick and Paul was able to drive home the points of attention. The cooperation and participative scenario we had made it most interesting.
  • Focuses upon individual leadership traits – both innate and organizational.
  • This is useful both in work and my personal life.
  • Never had a personality before.
  • They talk to me about me.
  • This was my first one.
  • Way more useful information, easier to understand. Rick and Paul did a great job at keeping things down to earth.

  • It assesses me up front and helps me better understand what that assessment means.
  • This brings everything into perspective.

7. Quality of manual and presentation materials
  • I liked the way that the personality traits were grouped and graphed with different sets of traits, which helped to show areas of strength and areas for development.
  • Flows well and it’s always great to have a “copy” of the material presented.
  • Materials can and will be used outside the class.
  • Great.
  • All the info is there. All I needed was guidance. Paul and Rick gave it to me.
  • Great. A lot of info to refer back to along the way.
  • Excellent. Easy to understand.

8. Training facility evaluation
  • Great – comfortable – convenient.
  • The only negatives I found were the distractions of the intercom/loudspeaker and the noise from the next room. The quality of the staff and the cleanliness were outstanding.
  • Great.
  • It couldn’t get better.
  • Facility was great. Very good accommodations.
  • I am happy with the facility. They could mark the elevators better for better ease of finding locations.
  • Did not like the parking garage.
  • Very comfortable. I enjoyed it.
  • Easy access, nice accommodations.
