1. The quality of the program

Outstanding - a revelation!! The world would be a better place if everyone took this program. The program was excellent. There was significant value to all participants. Overall excellent. 2. Professional presentation of the instructors:

Great presentations. Paul has some great talent in telling stories to make clear points that enhance learning. The absolute best! Real grasp of communication and listening to all of us in attendance. Excellent. Top notch use of visual aids and real life examples. Humor, personal encounters, and sincerity all made the material easier to understand. Very good. Knew their material well, presented it in a way that encouraged interaction. Instructors knew the material well and tied it to real life scenarios. They managed to keep the class' attention with their enthusiasm and expertise in the subject matter. Very good. Nice setting. Very good. Not too rigid. Fun and professional at the same time. Excellent. Wonderful. Explained information very well. Instructors compliment each other very well. Liked the slides rather than a PowerPoint presentation. Kept it "informal" and less structured. 3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program

Develop a shorter (1-day) follow-up program to take after a year of leaving this program. A few more group interaction exercises. Possibly a follow-up evaluation at the end of class with scores that reflect what we learned and what we intend to do, to see that we are on track and not overdoing it (the dominic effect). Incorporate more hands-on practicals. If at all possible, overlap class averages with the modules so as to closely relate to the class. Just a few more breakout sessions. More individual attention. Critique the analysis individually and how it pertains to work. What changes need to be addressed. More exercises and throw in some jokes. Keep the room at a comfortable temp. Cannot suggest anything - keep groups small. Would be hard to improve on this great program. Keep it up!! Consider allowing more room at the tables for people to spread out. Nothing. Instead of 2-1/2 days, 1 day presentation and then two months to practice, then 1-1/2 day presentation. More one-on-one. Don't fold the company. I could have used 5 days here. Return to Top

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?

It clearly and absolutely defined my behavior traits and game me targets for improvement. It really opened my eyes to traits that are my weaknesses, but I never took time to improve.' Focus on identifying my behavior where I need to improve and work on to become a more effective leader. Very eye-opening. It is remarkably accurate and objective. It is a tool to evaluate areas for immediate improvement. It enforced what others close to me have told me and has trained me with a path forward and made me realize that it is incumbent upon me to make the changes. I feel truly empowered. I feel that, while I was aware of some of my weak-nesses, I did not have direction on fixing them. Now I truly have the road map. Very eye-opening and right on the money. Shown me the areas where I need to put forth more effort (dominance, authority). Many areas are right on. The assessment is very accurate. Allowed me to start to think outside the skin and see how people perceive my actions. It helped me address certain areas in my life that I knew I had weaknesses, but never addressed. Having concrete info in front of me helped me to realize them. Breaking down the characteristics will force me to develop specific action items for improvement, development, and measuring. Huge! I now know more about myself and how I impact others. Also, how I can improve my relationships and my leadership within my company. Gave me insight into my tendencies and how to manage them. Shown me how to improve some negative aspects. Brought character traits that I didn't realize were so over/under developed. Shown me things I never realized before and some things I always knew about deep down, but never did anything about. It has provided feedback on my behaviors rather than on my results. This was new to me. It opened my eyes to the way I feel about myself and understand where my boss is. I feel better knowing what I need to change. To listen more and slow down my ego. Validated many of the perceptions that I had about myself. Made those perceptions real to me. Return to Top

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?

I am focused on improving my weaknesses and creating balance. I now understand the definition and value of leadership. Very positively. I believe I've learned several things I'll change. Will help create the balance needed to be a leader. I also anticipate my frustration level decreasing as I progress. I plan to collaborate and express myself more completely in the future. I think those that work with me and that I work for will appreciate the change. I do believe I can positively influence those around me and can help others reach their potential by effectively managing or correcting my weaknesses. I will further research and learn new skills and ways to develop leadership style. Improve my style. Change my attitude. Help me lead others. I will pay attention to the human characteristics involved in day-to-day inter-actions and soften the cut/dry aspect I see things with. It will certainly get me off to a good start. I am already informed about what traits are effective and ineffective. I will have a foundation of a style of leadership, rather than just trying to figure it out as I go. I will tone myself back and be aware of people's feelings. I also will be more focused on building relationships of mutual trust and respect. I will show more compassion and emotion around the workplace. It opened my eyes and has shown me and given me the tools for positive change. The awareness I have gained will help tremendously. Improved it significantly and set me in the right direction. I plan to improve my good will, social skills, and energy. It will help. I will be a better coach, mentor, father, and husband. 6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?

You leave this program with added value and skills. The focus on yourself is unique but so much more worthwhile than any other training. Know thyself first really has an impact on one's future. Provides a roadmap with tools to continue my journey of becoming a successful leader. Great expertise and you can relate to the material because of the assessment. It is personalized to what I need to work on, rather than general concepts for the group. It hits close to home. I have never before spent 2-1/2 days analyzing myself and how I think and do things in life. I've never previously attended a program like this. Specific to me (analysis). This program is more in depth. I have attended many "rah rah" motivational programs that had little substance. Compared to all others I've attended, it's all different. I have nothing to compare this to - first one. Never attended any others. Focused, intense, solid pace. Easy to follow. It is focused on me and my personality traits instead of being focused on a management tool such as Six Sigma. The way it was presented. Very specific. Return to Top
