1. The quality of the program
  • Exceptional, a lot of research and experience behind the data.
  • Top notch. I think more of this needs to spread through the entire company.
  • Dynamic, not boring (and many are).
  • From 1 to 10, it's a 9. If egos of participants would allow, intertwine some breakout exercises. 1 on 1.
  • Very good.
  • Very dynamic and personally applicable.
  • Low tech but high impact. Very thorough.
  • Excellent.
  • I think this program is very high quality.
  • I thought that this program was of high quality. Much of what was presented in applicable to my vocation.
  • Very professional, appropriate, and thoughtful.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • From 1 to 10 - 10. Unbelievable expertise on subject.
  • Unbelievable, tremendous energy shared.
  • Energetic and lively.
  • Very good.
  • Good. Sometimes rather negative, maybe offer suggestions for positive improvement- Very energetic, held my attention completely.
  • More family-like than professional-like. Just the right touch.
  • Professional, open to questions, open to hearing individual situations.
  • Very professional, enjoyable.
  • Paul and Rick couldn't have done a better job!
  • Excellent. Very good presentation. Easy to understand.
  • The instructors kept the teachings lively, entertaining, and informative.
  • High expertise, knew subject matter.
  • Excellent, high energy, great projection, and good humor.
  • Low tech - high impact. Little distracting to read along (sometimes getting ahead) with identical slides.
  • Superb, very convincing.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program
  • Intertwine some breakout sessions, one-on-one, if egos of participants would allow. Also, instructions for "Style Assessment "" in the book (Unit 2, page 7) are different than your slide. This is why my score differed so much.
  • Monthly newsletters/email to keep our attention on these tools you have given us.
  • Ditch the overhead projector and use a computer for presentation.
  • I would suggest some pre-warning or pre-education be given persons who receive their assessment results in front of their boss (with no prior knowledge of assessment factors). I think that creates unnecessary anxiety and bad feelings right off the bat. Why would you want to do that anyway-
  • You probably hear this often, but use PowerPoint. You can always have transparencies as a backup. Focusing more on how to change our weaknesses - identify them for us but also instruct how to change (did do that, some-times, with communication). More interactive demos like the communication one (role playing-).
  • I wish it could have been a little longer than 2-1/2 days.
  • Only thing I can think of might be to slow it down a little bit. Make it longer, but I believe demands prevent that.
  • Have a follow up program to review progress.
  • Shorter lunch (ha ha ha). Structured one-on-one interview time.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced yo?
  • Really has held the mirror up for me to continue on self-improvement journey. Also has provided a great tool to evaluate my employees and have target areas for improvement based on facts.
  • Take a deeper look at myself and realistically.
  • Further illuminated areas and tools for improvement.
  • I think it was great. I definitely had some blind spots. I recognize them better and admit I need to make some severe measures.
  • In many positive ways.
  • I think it is mostly accurate, but the presentation was rather impersonal. I think having an understanding of the person's personal situation(s) would have made it more useful.
  • More aware of myself and my interaction with others. I will pay more attention to my reactions to situations and attempt to alter some of my traits.
  • I now understand I am not a good listener but I now know how to improve upon this.
  • I found out that I have to change myself in order to lead and direct others. This really has made me think about my professional and personal life! Thank you. It's showed me my weaknesses and given me a good direction for self-improvement.
  • Taught my strong and weak points and helped me work on them.
  • The assessment appears to be accurate, as well as startling!"Self awareness."
  • It has helped me realize what my weaknesses are.
  • It has energized me to take action that will lead to the development of a better leader.
  • It has pointed out misconceptions about my self-image.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • Major improvement in terms of find the balance to find the best performance.
  • I will become a leader who can influence. I look forward to being a better "to be" spouse.
  • Provide focus.
  • I will ease up, keep my damn mouth shut more, and ask for two-way communication. I need to keep my sarcasm all the way down.
  • I am sure I will be a better leader.Increase listening skills. Action plan is good for remembering.
  • I hope to become more collaborative versus independent and I hope to show good will more to those who might not see it.
  • It will help with team building.I plan on working on my social skills, listening ability, and good will.By making me a better leader.
  • Change my bad directions.
  • I intend to concentrate on improving my weak areas, as well as toning down my "qualities."
  • Practical advice.
  • It gets me to think to the next level, the organizational level.
  • Greatly, however, over time, step by step.
  • I will try and set the example at work by being competitive in healthy ways.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • You guys know your stuff. Targeted immediate self-improvement.
  • Focused specifically on my needs and where I need to focus - not where others need to focus.
  • Information and tools can be implemented in a realistic manner.
  • The assessment factors.
  • You learn about yourself and not just about theories.
  • Personal application of the leadership tools. Other courses have not contained this.
  • More in-depth - not just telling me who I am, but with suggestions for improvement.
  • It works more directly on me than on a group of people sitting in a room taking notes.
  • Put a lot of enjoyment into the program. Very different from other seminars I've attended.
  • Presentation much more personal and intimate.
  • It appears as though the presenters are speaking from their actual life and business experiences.
  • The research and overall substance behind it. It also targets the "person" better than any other program I have attended.
  • There was no physical danger, which tends to focus the mind very accurately.
  • Length.

  • Excellent.
  • Very good, a copy of every slide!
  • Dislike someone reading the written word to teach me.

8. Training facility evaluation
  • OK.
  • Great. A little slow at lunch.
  • Great.
  • Cold 2 out of the 2.5 days. Chairs wore my butt out.
  • Clean, comfortable, cold.
  • Room was cold. Great facility and accommodations otherwise.
  • A+.
  • Very good.
  • I’ve always enjoyed the Delaney House.
  • Excellent, clean, upscale, great food!
  • Very good. Lunch was longer than necessary.
  • Cozy and comforting, which was welcome after discovering what an evil, rotten bastard I am.

9. General comments
  • I really enjoyed this and want to keep a maintenance program for myself.
  • I started off on a bad foot with the assessment being done in front of my boss. But at the end of the program I must admit, by changing/tweaking my behaviors some, I can be more effective and lead better.
  • A wonderful program. I would recommend it to anyone.
  • I feel I am walking away with a great amount of usable knowledge.
  • I really enjoyed this. The time and money spent were well worth it!
  • I'm going to try my best to utilize the tools and knowledge this course has given me at home and work.
  • Excellent program.
  • Most enjoyable.
  • Would maybe consider putting a contact list together of class participants.
  • Thanks. I will use the feedback.
  • A lot of the material covered seemed to be pertaining to mid- to low-level management. My job requires me to make 50 decisions a day, most of them to repair a problem. Just too long and repetitive. The final 2 hours were excruciating.
