  • Thought it was high quality and I learned a lot.
  • Very good. Would like to see exercises that were a little more based in "our world", role playing verses mensa tests.
  • Good - forced some introspection.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Would love it if it lasted 3 days. The extra ½ day would be beneficial.
  • Maybe some more workshops within the group.
  • Maybe some acting out situations in the workplace.
  • Additional short breaks.
  • Have reduced size of the group - too many people.
  • If the program was longer, you could spend more time on each subject.
  • Opportunity for more one-on-one time to review our profiles after the course.
  • More interaction on day 1. It was too one-way. I wish the second evening I could have written a 1-2 page personal action plan, then spend 15 minutes one-on-one with you to critique it – verify my understanding and acceptance.
  • Sitting out the end was difficult to see the big screen. Move tables back a little - otherwise, great program.
  • Try not to use the term "no brainer". This can turn people off if they don't understand.
  • This group was too large, in my opinion. Smaller groups could make it more personal.
  • Possibly smaller than 30 class size.
  • Smaller group. 30 was so big.
  • State how the information gathered in the testing, interview (feedback sessions), and the 2-1/2 day program will be used - privacy statement.
  • Challenge us quiet people more.More interaction among the group. More team events.
  • Need more physical interaction. It's hard to stay focused sitting all day.
  • More movement. There were too many stretches of time where we sat for hours straight.
  • More activity.
  • More experience sharing case studies. Also need to recognize that, although it is possible to manage each person's personality within the effective range, each person is still different.
  • No test at the end (ha ha ha).

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • Has made me realize how I impact and influence the people and situations around me. How I can utilize this knowledge to my benefit to drive changes in my interactions and achievements.
  • Brought to light areas of weakness along with strengths. Some areas I expected and others were a surprise.
  • It made me see my strengths and weaknesses. It motivated me to work on areas that I need to improve.
  • I took a hard look at myself.
  • It made me realize where to focus, what I must do to change and become successful. Some areas that were exposed I had no idea I was like that.
  • It made me think harder about myself and what I need to do to be a better leader and person.
  • It has made me aware of my opportunities to improve, and given me a road map of how I can make changes.
  • It has motivated me to address some of my weaknesses and has given me some tools to do so.In a very positive way. I'm taking everything I learned in this class back with me and start implementing it.
  • It has made me realize who I am and the dynamics of my personality.
  • I am now aware of areas of my personality that need improvement.
  • Helped me better understand my strengths and how to optimize and balance them.
  • To become a leader to my co-workers, not just a manager.
  • Forces me to face and act on weaknesses I did not want to own up to.
  • Understanding reflectivity, good will, social skills will really give me insight into their value and my need to improve them.
  • WOW! This has really made me look at my personal situation and evaluate where I am going – and more important, do I want to go there.
  • There were things that I already knew, but a couple of others that I discovered - MY WIFE HAS BEEN RIGHT ALL ALONG!!!
  • Opened my eyes to the fact that I need to change.
  • Gave me a couple areas that I was aware of needing improvement or balancing, focus and great ideas and tools for how to consciously work on them. Actually gave me more confidence in my overall assessment. I look forward to utilizing the tools.
  • I was forced to face my weaknesses, and once accepting them, I am now better apt to change.
  • It has made me more aware of my personality, weaknesses, and strengths.
  • Since my initial assessment (almost one year ago), I have not stopped thinking about it.
  • Made me realize my weak points and the program showed me how to work on them.
  • Helped me focus on areas I must improve on and why these areas are important.
  • Highlighted/confirmed weaknesses.
  • Forced me to think about how I act at work.
  • It has influenced me enormously.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • I believe it will reinforce some of the current behaviors and make me cognizant of when I am not using my dominant behaviors effectively.
  • Greatly.I will work harder at being upbeat, listening better, and fostering a more interactive environment with my team.
  • I'll be a better listener, understand people better, and make it work on the shop floor.
  • Positive influence. It should enable me to use my strengths and weaknesses and better balance myself and become effective.
  • Very well. It is clear what I have to change.
  • It will definitely improve my performance and enhance my team building skills.
  • It will better my leadership style and move me to the next level.
  • In a great way, sometimes you believe that the areas you need to improve were not really necessary to do so. When you hear them from people that have a lot of experience in the field, it makes you think differently.
  • It will help take away the extremes that we all have and help manage my life.
  • I think my style will be better and more productive and also create a better atmosphere.
  • I will work to improve the areas I have either too high or low scores.
  • It will allow me to improve it, with a greater introspection of the people I interact with.
  • I think it will make me a stronger person in areas that I may feel insecure in.
  • I'll let more people get to know me faster. When I do that, I seem to get people to be good teammates. Good will, social skills, understanding myself better.
  • This program will help me be true to myself and stop accommodating and compromising.
  • Definitely will make me a better person and a better leader.
  • I plan on incorporating ideas and thought processes learned here into my everyday actions to attempt to become a nicer person.
  • It will help me be more balanced.I feel confident that I am leaving here with a better understanding of others, not just myself, and I'm sure that will help me to meet their needs, as well as influencing them to meet mine.
  • Positively.
  • Greatly.
  • The program will have a positive influence on me.
  • Will help me lead my group more effectively.
  • Now that I am aware, I can work on areas of improvement.
  • Forced me to be less task-oriented, more people-oriented.
  • I think it will influence it tremendously.
  • I will answer this question the next time I take the course . . .
  • Will be more direct and open to issues. Develop my good will side and be less task-oriented.

6. What makes this program different from others you've attended?
  • Subject matter was and is what I believe in passionately. Leadership and management are not the same. We have forgotten and not driven leadership principles in our business cultures. We are lacking strong leadership principles today and I now have hope that, with this program, we can drive this education back into our culture.
  • Different style of leadership (leadership vs. management).
  • It was never boring. It made me see my true self.
  • Good training, keeping everyone in the loop.
  • This program is different in that it not only dealt with management tools for leadership, but it also put ME into the program.
  • This is the first program I have ever been in that reflects personalities. I feel that what I learned here is all I need.
  • This was really focused on my personal profile. Each topic was seen from my point of view, based on my assessment. Other programs are more general.
  • The theory was applied to me and many concrete exercises drove the points home.
  • I never attended a similar type of program before.
  • I have been through quite a few seminars, but I believe I will take life long lessons from this one.
  • The in-depth information and insight.
  • Quality of the material, knowledge of the instructors, engaging presentation style.
  • I feel that Rick/Paul were concerned and wanted to help, answer questions, where others may have been "by the book".
  • Feedback was personal and direct - not abstract and general.
  • High level - very professional.
  • Dealt with areas outside of work on a personal basis, not just work-related.
  • Everything! The interaction was great. Loved the type of assessment. Very entertaining!
  • This program was not intimidating. I am a very reserved person and the instructors sized up the group and let you involve yourself at your own comfort level.
  • The teaching style. It makes you confront your true self.
  • The years of data and the visuals (graphs).Little bit more analytically based. The self-assessment.

  • Very useful and I will be looking back on what I learned for a long time.
  • Excellent.
  • Clear.
  • Good.
  • Great.
  • At first, I thought it was too simplistic, but after thinking about it, it will be easier to review.
  • I enjoyed everything about the program because it was very interesting and something you may not see on the surface.
  • Good. I will be able to use notes and material in the workplace.
  • OK, but it's the interaction that is crucial.
  • Adequately supported the message.
  • Served the purpose.
  • Very professional and clear. Will be helpful!
  • The manual needs to be smaller. Focus on the point. Don't use the shotgun approach.
  • Manual was nice and informative.
  • Great to be able to take the information home.

  • Quality is very good.
