1. The quality of the program
  • Great program. Lots of opportunity to learn and interact with others in a group. Critical to personal and professional growth and development.

2. Professional presentation of the instructors:
  • Engaging.
  • Good. Rick comes on tough; Paul is more compassionate. Both professional, both sides that need consideration.

3. Helpful suggestions for improving the program:
  • Could use more suggestions regarding how to manage certain traits.
  • More real-life examples.
  • More group related exercises - less of a lecture session.
  • Less lecturing, more group exercises and involvement.
  • At times, you were drawn to one group.
  • More practical exercises.
  • Can't really think of any, except maybe having a few more narratives to read, as a follow up.
  • More time for open discussion. Make it 3 full days so not to skip some matters.

4. How has the Performance Dynamics assessment and feedback influenced you?
  • I've taken the info personally, internalized it, and will work to implement what I've learned. It makes me want to be a better person (also makes me feel inadequate).
  • Yes, there are definitely things in my personal and professional life that I see differently.
  • I have tried to accept who I am - I have work to do.
  • Given me a chance to look inward and identify personality flaws that could be a problem.
  • Made me aware of areas that I need to work on.
  • I know the areas of my personality that I need to focus on for improvement.
  • Reinforced the need to make changes if I want to become a better leader. Given me some tools to use to get better results.
  • It has really opened my eyes. In the course of 2-1/2 days, I was able to see past situations that could be handled differently.
  • I want to be a more rounded leader.
  • Has made me aware of how I act. Gives me some insight into others I work with.

5. How do you think this program will influence your leadership style?
  • Will try to be more compromising and accommodating to provide more focus, structure, and direction to my team.
  • I will aspire to be a better listener and tougher when the situation calls for.
  • Having no prior training, it will be used as my baseline and focus for leader-ship development.
  • Time will tell. I will try to communicate and give more.
  • Made me aware of my weaknesses so that I can work on them.

  • Looks more into one's self instead of the world, in general.
  • Intense/compact/lots of information in a short time.
  • I was asked to come here, but I also wanted to come. Now that I've bought in, I actually learned something.
  • The tie-in to personal life.
  • I have a personal reference.
  • High energy. Fantastic food!
  • 1st of its type.

  • Good stuff. Thank you.
  • I would definitely encourage others to attend.
  • Some things jumped out and will be helpful immediately. Other things will, I'm sure, help in time after I've sorted them and thought about them more.
  • While understanding the reason why it was shortened (weather/travel), I think we skipped some material that would have been useful.
