Leadership Training Programs for 2008

The reputation of our 2-1/2 day leadership training program continues to grow, drawing people from all over the United States and beyond. The feedback from participants over the last 20 years has been extremely positive, earning well deserved kudo's for Rick Giombetti and Paul Alves who, together, constitute one of the finest training teams in the nation.

The training program has a behavioral-based foundation. We identify and help people understand how twenty characteristics of personality and behavior influence individual performance, team building, and leadership. We have scheduled programs for the remainder of 2008: May 7 - 9, June 18 - 20, August 13 - 15, September 24 - 26, and November 5 - 7.

Pratt Corporation Completes Leadership Training Hat Trick!

The success of our 2-½ day leadership training programs continues to increase demand for seats. It is always with regret when we have to turn someone away when the program is sold out. This is happening on a more frequent basis. Many of our clients are requiring this program in the development plans of their staff and are reserving seats months in advance.
