Rick Giombetti
Rick Giombetti is the President and founder of Giombetti Associates and the Performance Dynamics Institute of Leadership. Rick is seasoned human resources professional with over 20 years experience in Human Resources Management.
Rick has developed a national reputation as a leadership guru by founding Performance Dynamics Institute of Leadership, professing leadership principles in all services, and pioneering the link between personality and behavior and individual and team performance. Rick has developed a national reputation as an extremely motivating, dynamic, electric trainer and speaker in the leadership and team building arenas. Through his leadership, Giombetti Associates consults nationally and internationally on the cutting edge of Human Resources issues. Giombetti Associate's extensive research into personality and behavior, leadership and organizational development, make them one of the nation's leading consulting groups in helping companies build high performance teams through high performance people.
Rick's experience comes from having spent 20 years of human resources experience and he is well trained in all disciplines of Human Resources Management. Rick also is an adjunct professor at Western New England College and teaches Leadership, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Behavior. Rick has been featured and published in the Harvard Business Review and other journals and periodicals.
Rick holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Westfield State.
Some of Rick's interest are traveling, boating, fishing, Cape Cod, and enjoying his family.
