Rich Frigon
Rich Frigon has been providing consulting services to Giombetti Associates since 1990.
Rich's consulting strength comes from his diverse business experience and his ability to intuitively understand personality and behavior. He has developed a reputation for very effective professional coaching skills and for providing pragmatic, effective businesses advise as it relates to managing people decisions. Rich has spent the last nine years studying the relationship between personality and behavior, its impact on individual and team performance, and using that experience to help our clients make better people decisions.
Rich holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Accounting, from Western New England College and a Masters for Science In Business Administration from Western New England College as well. While in college Rich placed special focus and emphasis on organizational behavior, leadership, and psychology.
Throughout his career he has held positions in public and private accounting, he has owned his own consulting business, sold computer hardware to marinas as well as helped to design a proprietary software package, and has studied the relationship between personality and behavior, and high performance people for the last eight years. Rich learned early in his career that he was a "miscast" accountant and much better suited for human resources, and the transition from accounting has come naturally.
Some of Rich's interests include golf, coaching youth hockey and soccer, snowmobiling, biking, exercise, camping, and most of all, enjoying his family.
