Since 1986, Rick Giombetti had a vision of a comprehensive personality and behavioral assessment tool that could be used to make better hiring decisions, to manage people issues, and to power organizations through high performance people. Having been in Human Resource management for many years, he looked at several different personality assessment exercises, but none individually "painted the whole picture". He did, however, find six assessment exercises that proved, over time, to be extremely accurate in what they measured.
To pursue his vision, Rick took the risky step of leaving the safety and security of his job in the corporate world, to strike out on his own as a consultant. He immediately designed a comprehensive personality and behavioral assessment process that companies could use to understand and manage their people issues. He merged six assessment exercises into a single trademarked assessment process called "Performance Dynamics". The six exercises measured 20 characteristics of personality and behavior as they related to pragmatic business skills.
Since then, Giombetti Associates has grown to servicing over 300 clients world wide, from local "mom and pop" operations right up to Fortune 500 companies. Our consulting firm has emerged as one of the leading human resources consulting firms in the country.
