  1. Review begins with the accumulation of objective 360° Feedback from your peers and fellow teammates
  2. Next, we complete the Performance Dynamics assessment process
  3. Finally, the individual, the immediate supervisor, and a Giombetti Associate's consultant engage in a professionally facilitated feedback session. This session is a powerful interaction during which both the 360° Feedback and Performance Dynamics assessment results are discussed

  2. Understand and respond to changes within your company and your employees, or reward a high performance person by creating greater self-awareness

Developmental Feedback

  1. Address an employee's needs and shortcomings through a frank and open meeting, facilitated by Giombetti Associates, between the employee, key managers and coworkers
  2. Depend on an objective, third-party specialist to initiate the evaluation of an employee, then collaborate to create a long-term personal and managerial game-plan for improvement
