What is the Reassessment Process?

  1. Complete the online Performance Dynamics Order Form to initiate a reassessment. For the most effective evaluation and interaction, a minimum of twelve months between Performance Dynamics assessments is recommended.
  2. Individuals go through the same Performance Dynamics assessment process they went through the first time. See our Assessment methodology for a detailed description of our assessment process. A Giombetti Associates consultant interviews (on the telephone) the person being reassessed.
  3. When the reassessment is ordered, the objectives of the assessment are discussed. The reporting relationship and the Giombetti Associates consultant review the reassessment results and strategize for the feedback session.
  4. A Giombetti Associates consultant conducts a feedback session with the reporting relationship and the individual. The current reassessment and the overlap with the prior assessment are reviewed in great detail. The reassessment feedback sessions are either conducted on the telephone or in our offices in Hampden, MA.
