The 360 Degree Review is a comprehensive development tool that will identify areas for improvement, provide a safe harbor for very open and honest feedback, and is a new methodology to assist you in developing a plan of focused personal and professional development, with specific goals and objectives. The 360 Degree Feedback process encompasses three very specific activities. The first is the accumulation of objective 360° Feedback from your peers and fellow teammates. The second step is completing the Performance Dynamics assessment process. Lastly, the individual, the immediate supervisor, and a Giombetti Associate's consultant engage in a professionally facilitated feedback session. This session is a powerful interaction during which both the 360° Feedback and Performance Dynamics assessment results are discussed. These feedback sessions generally last one to two hours and can be conducted onsite where practical, or over the telephone in a conference call.
The 360° Feedback benefits the employee with anonymous and independent feedback from selected members of the team. It is an evaluation of the individual from many difference angles and perspectives, and provides an understanding of how others perceive him. The feedback increases the employee's self-awareness and helps identify blind spots caused by selective perception. The 360 feedback also enhances the team climate, making people more accountable to the rest of the team.
The process includes an interview, a Performance Dynamics assessment, a 360° review, an assessment report and a 360° review summary, and a feedback session discussing both the assessment results and the review feedback. The cost for this service is $1,495.00 per person.
